So...I've added the Baron risers....seemed to make the ache in my shoulder blades a little better. I find that there is less of an ache when I extend my arms almost fully (not quite locked), than when I ride with arms bent (45 degrees). I do have a backrest that is quite comfortable (thanks DiamondR)! Shirt sleeves are about 37'ish... I'm thinking about removing the risers, and changing out the handlebars. I hear folks speak highly of the Flanders.....Any other suggestions? How does one figure out how much rise and "pull back" is needed on the bars to be comfortable? So I thought I would ask the TALLER "experts"! What say ye?

Thanks Rick. I have put on about 600 miles on the bike since I put the "new" seat. Was not easy with the Jersey weather and it's awsome. I can now ride with out the butt ache. Made a huge difference for me. My butt and I both thank you from the bottom of our ...well...bottoms. Thanks again Rick. Bill
