I successfuly replaced the hot water heater after 3 trips to the hardware store, aqnd while In was at it I routed a Cat5e cable to the blue ray player in the bedroom so I can have internet access to the player. Managed to fall on the ice and bumped my thick skull. Now my back hurts and my neck too!! I need a new desktop computer, I renewed my anti virus, downloaded the software and it quit in the middle of installing and now it won't access the internet! Oh well, the darn thing is about 8 years old or so, and waaaaay obsolete. BJ's has a $50 off sale on a HP and I have a credit card with Zero interest until next Feb. My electric razor broke yesterday but I found another one on Fleabay for around $40 new so I'm happy. Been sort of a mix of good/bad the last couple of days...

I just learned that Arizona Bike Week (March 30 - April 3) will not have a daily admission. Last year it was ten bucks. This year they are dropping the weekly price from $50 to $40. So if you are like me who goes for half a day only, you will have to pay $40. I guess I will miss Bike Week this year.

I am starting to think I may have a weak battery on my 06 RVS (it is the OEM battery) due to the fact that after a ride I have been connecting it to my Battery Tender. I would think it would show full charge very shortly after plugging it in but it takes several hours before that happens. Anyway, I have been looking at some of the replacement battery choices and have become confused by the specification on cold cranking amp ratings which I have thought was an important spec to look for. Example: Odyessy PC545 lists 185 CCA but somehow can muster 545 amps 5 sec 495 amps 10secs and 420 amps 20 secs Other batteries usually show 270 CCA which would seem better (bigger is better?) than 185 CCA but nothing about "pulse crank amps" Do they all have this rating? According to Odyessy theirs is the best battery you can buy just like what the other manufactures say eg. Yuasa, Dexa, Big Crank, Walmart etc. So what am I missing here, what are the most important specs to look for besides price. They can't all be of equal quality can they? The price range is $50 to $110 so we are only talking about $50 difference between the cheapest and most expensive. What I care about is a battery that has exceptional reliablity and long life. I hate equipment failure on the road. Thanks for your help

I recently got a Carbon One lift adapter ( love it ) and was wandering which lift was the most popular and why. I have a Sears lift that I bought a LONG time ago. I think I paid around $50 for it and it has served me very well. I initially purchased the lift for my GoldWing trike, worked well.
