HellI just talked to Buckeye performance and they told me a minimum of 4 weeks and they are considering discontinueing the line. He said he will not be keeping them in stock as they are not selling as well as in the past, but will order them as needed. So I will be placing and order and if you have been thinking about it now is the time. The whole package with ss lines, bar end kit, slip over grips, bars, and all necessary cables is $582.00. You can save $40 by not going with the SS lines.

Should probably be in the classified section - sorry. I am not real happy with the Motion Pro syncPRO that I purchased. The fluid seems to separate in the tubes after each use and when I blip the throttle. I ordered a Morgan carb tune pro unit and it will be here in another week or so. If any member wants to send me $40 (check or money order) I'll send the Motion Pro to them. The $40 includes shipping. First post gets the unit. There are no instructions but it should be easy to download and the unit is complete.

I just learned that Arizona Bike Week (March 30 - April 3) will not have a daily admission. Last year it was ten bucks. This year they are dropping the weekly price from $50 to $40. So if you are like me who goes for half a day only, you will have to pay $40. I guess I will miss Bike Week this year.

The mechanic straightened up, wiped his hands on a rag and asked, "So Doc, look at this engine. I open its' heart, take the valves out, repair any damage, and then put them back in, and when I finish, it works just like new. So how come I make $40 k a year and you get the really big bucks when you and I are doing basically the same work?" The cardiologist paused, smiled , leaned over, and said.........."Try doing it with the engine running."

I saw a replacement stock antenna last week on Ebay. Someone else finally outbid me at around $60. I was looking for a headset on Sierra electronics (http://www.sierra-mc.com/products.asp?id=145) and saw a stock replacement antenna for only $40. Looks good, is a bit taller than the old one.

It's that time again, so here we go..... Lets call it from now until September...oh 15th, I'm taking $5 off of the H/D Muffler brackets. http://www.venturerider.org/classifieds/showproduct.php/product/1370/cat/1 They are normally $40 shipped to your door, so now let's call them $35 shipped in the continental USA and $40 into Canada (sorry guys, mail is eating me alive shipping to you) If you have been procrastinating and waiting to see if they will go on sale, here's the chance. I have about 10 sets ready to go. So come on now and buy them up, I need some more chrome for the '08

Ok folks, I ran into what I feel are the ultimate wiring diagrams for bikes. Please go to www.kojaycat.com and do some reading. Currently they do not offer diagrams for Ventures. However Colin would be interested in working with us to make them for all needed Venture series. I need to see what the the club input is on this idea. I figure about $30 to $40 per set U.S. Might be less. The 1500 Wing set is right in that range. We have a sister club in the U.K. that would probably be interested. I will send them the same message. We might need to help with pictures of components etc. JB
