Freebird Posted August 22, 2006 Share #1 Posted August 22, 2006 NOTE: For those of you who do not feel comfortable or don't have the tools to make your own leveling links, they are also available from Diamond R Accessories. V7Goose Posted November 30, 2006 Share #2 Posted November 30, 2006 I changed the links on my 05 RSV without removing anything except the two nuts and bolts. My bike is stock with all the AIS stuff, and I did not have any problem at all. Don't do more than you need to! Goose
Freebird Posted April 15, 2010 Author Share #3 Posted April 15, 2010 I received the following note from one of our members regarding the Carbon_One lift adapter. Just a little heads up for those of you who might run into a problem with it. The lift adapter is almost a must have item for our bikes but this may be one case where you won't use it. "Today I installed leveling links and ran into trouble by using the Carbon One adapter. With the adapter I was unable to get one of the bolts out of the way. I had to lower the bike - remove the adapter, jack it up again, and then it was easy."
