:confused24:When we lived in Florida I took photos of a bell tower that was just south of Port Richey...in the Lake Tarpon area I think. When we go back to Florida this fall I want to retake the photos as the prints of them are fading. I was hoping that someone would know what the name of the tower is. I'm 90% sure they were on the east side of County Rd 611. Sure would appreciate your help.

I love a challenge! If I ever get out of here and headed south, I'll go and look for it when I get to Florida early next week.

Can you give me any more clues? Size, Shape, church or by itself, etc..

I've located county road 611,and it's runs quite a long ways. I could use all the help I can get. I'll head that way, and should be in that area later this afternoon.

Is this it? It sure does stand out above the palm trees and such.

If it is, let me know. I've got the address and the GPS coordinates if you want them.

It is at N28 degrees 05.632' , W82 degrees 41.716' . Best I could figure, the address is 2801 East Lake Road. I did see a sign a few miles North that also called it Pasco County 611, but garmin doesn't show that, only East Lake Rd. Not sure what city that address is for, but it is roughly 7 to 10 miles south of Highway 54 that goes through Port Richey. That road changed names a few times as I rode south, so it might be best to use the coordinates and see what happens.

Glad I could be of assistance, and thanks for giving me more of Florida to look at on this trip. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=45537

Scooter, why no reply to dancing at the wedding???? LMAO I couldn't resist, you know me... That is one awesome tower. I would love to hear the bells ring. The church here in Fox Lake has the bells ring during Christmas time and they are beautiful to listen to.
