    buddy , have you pulled your oil pan sents you have been using the 20-50 , how are your red o-rings ? i would like to use a heaver oil but worry about the o-rings . thom

    frogman , i know how you feel , but most that buy the big stuff for a good price don't have high scores and people with very high scores are just padding there scores to cover up some bad scores . i had a dealer who would not sell to me because i got it to cheep , he had a score of over 2500 and i had score of less 10 , he said he would give me a bad score if i gave him one , 10 in 2500 not bad , 1 in 10 very bad . i hate the kids that use the buy it now to close done bid than not pay , i have been hit by those jerks before

    i use paypal because a lot of people do , i do not like paypal and use it , when it is the the only choice i have , i prefer Google check out , don , ck. it out , it would give us one more option

    alot of times on water pipe the threads are cut to deep and they break rite at the threads and black pipe is stronger , steel not cast .

    while i was chating with jimbob about Handle bars , a bad Fla. gale blew up with 65 mph gusts , a family on a pontoon boat was in the middle of the St.John river , i got them in and tied up to me , they are ok but very shook up , they found out pontoon boats don't do well in high winds . before they left , the owner said he is going to watch football for the rest of the day , inside at home :rotfl:[ i am glad i had a clean pair of pants here , houseboats don't do fla. gales very good ether ] Thom

    they are great dirc. and pic's i am going to find some risers and try it . i have a bad rite elbow and need to spread the bars then bring them back to me about 3in. i like how you did the cruise control thom

    i used a band saw to cut mine , 16 teeth to the in. i put mas. tap on both sides and drew a line , i used a file to clean it up . i cut it straight across and rounded the corners . ck out my gallery

    Vmax Forward Controls V-max VMX12 i bet if i take off my motor guards these will work but just a little costly

    how did you do it ? i have my bars spread so far i had to cut the cruise housing and i can hit my mirrors . you got any pic's ? i have a bum arm and need wider bars .

    doe's the upper triple tree on a v max fit a 1st gen ? a easy way of putting dif. handle bars on ? looking at frogman's 86 v max , it looks like the frames are the same .
