thanks for the advice. didnt know about it melting ABS. i found permatex in blue and it said that it is removable. i think i am going to try it.

which loctite is the best to use if you want to be able to remove the bolts later? i have looked at the different choices and i think the blue is the one i want but would like your input.

this is not what you want to find out when you are this close to finishing the job. if you have no luck at getting the bars, they look like they could be fabricated pretty easy if you know a good fab. shop.

wow i get ribbed for riding a HD and you want your RSV to sound like one:rotf:just kidding. i think all the baggers have the same muffler but don't know if they fit the rsv.

i to am a diabetic and yes it can be a struggle. congrads to your sucess. keep it up. every time i start to get discuraged i just keep thing about not being able to ride and that gives me another boost. my doc. said that you are not on a diet but a change of eating habits. how true that is. i know what you have to deal with and will be thinking of you as you progress.

bongobobny, we try to ride up around chataqua lake every year. its close the the harley shop so i should be safe. maybe we can meet somewhere this summer for a ride. sounds like fun.
