I'm liking those videos. I live around those same places and been on those roads. I feel like I'm taking those videos. I love riding around Sandy Hook in the late summer evenings. BTW, Ocean Ave,in Atlantic Highlands - the scenic route, is a fun but short ride. Take a video of that please.

Try ebay. -
i'm 6 ft. Stock screen allows the wind to just skim the top of my helmet. No wind noise or buffering. I dont ride with a passenger so can't comment on the wind back there.

I bought aCee Baileys windscreen last June. A little over $100. Good fit, thick and had black masking on the bottom over the instruments.

Remarkably this just happened to me. Up in the Pocono Mts no access to manual or this forum. Changed headlight and wiggled all the wires behind the headlight. Of course nothing worked. Got home this afternoon , checked the forum and there was my answer. Sprayed a little electronic cleaner in the switch and all is good. I love this place... -
I have a Motorcycle Gear modular brand name 'Built'. Looks like the Hawk ST1198. Flip up chin piece and built in flip down inner visor. Its only DOT approved, not Snell. I plan on trying it out this season. Fits OK. Outside shell is like a football helmet plastic (polycarbonate ?) but the inside is foam and padding like typical mc helmets. It was cheap - $100. Only wore it twice so far for very short rides. Not bad for the price but can't tell how good the protection is.

Got an '86 Yamaha FJ1200. Yamaha's first purpose made sport tourer. Everything about the ride is completely different from the VR. Both are great bikes. The FJ has a more aggressive seating position and your riding style will conform to it - you WILL ride faster. More maneuverable and faster throttle response. I like them both because sometimes I want the comfort and sometimes I want speed.
