  1. Buddy, Get well soon. Try to rest and not tackle lots of projects. keep us updated. we care .
  2. Glad to know you did not panic and stayed relatively upright the majority of the time. get well soon.
  3. Get well soon! Another reason why many people, myself included say and will continue to say this forum has the best darn people anywhere. No lie!!!!
  4. Do your thing. That's why your the big kahuna....
  5. For me, Tilapia or chicken parm....
  6. Have a great time Eck and Konnie!!! Although we will all miss you at the IR, we know this takes priority!! Have a Blast !!:cool10::cool10:
  7. I have the spacer SlowRoll makes. I do not have any use for it. PM me, for anyone interested. The light bar came with mine, but did change out the lamps for the LED, courtesy of Big Mike eusa1 over the phone help!!
  8. Steve / M61A1MECH is on the verge of selling his 07 RSV since he is soon to be picking up his new wing. I do not wish to speak for him, but I believe he will be looking to sell right after the IR. perhaps giving him a shout may ease your search. BTW, in case you haven't seen the bike, it's immaculate with plenty of lights and chrome. I hope you are healing and doing well otherwise...
  9. Steve, Your venture should have ZERO trouble selling. It has been maintained and immaculately been kept up well. Plus all the chrome and specialty lights..... awesome GW....Excellent color, ( fastest also ) see your point on the longer trip with newer bike..I have been slowly breaking mine in, and my first "big trip" was to Daytona, and then to your house with sunn... I see it has the tall windshield, as did mine ( mine has another " shorter" one) and it appears as if it has the frogg togg or some type of rain seat cover. perhaps that seat is not stock. Some ultimates have the cover on them as well. Keep me posted and good luck !!:080402gudl_prv::080402gudl_prv:
  10. That used to be true Eck, however tests have shown the RED is actually the fastest
  11. congrats Steve!! is it the same color as mine? Keep me posted and if you need help with transporting or such, have Marilyn or yourself call me. Time to ride !! Will it be heading to the IR???
  12. Maybe Eck, at the IR you can help me with some of these tips and tricks. I'd like to try...
  13. that was pretty awesome. I would not have thought of that. It did seem as if it landed down harder than I would have liked, but no harm done !!!
  14. Rick, get well soon !!!!
  15. guess you just have to go faster Mike, let the others catch up...
  16. two, to, too, 2 filters
  17. Best wishes and good recovery to you Buddy!! Some on this site claimed to never have met you. Let me tell them about what I know about you. Buddy and his wife (Peg) will give you the shirts off their backs. He will stay with new riders/members as to not get lost or feel left out. He USED to let you sit on his GW when he had it, just because...He and peg are GREAT folks who you will instantly gravitate to. If and when you ever have an opportunity to meet them, it is a must. I miss seeing them. more importantly, I wish you a very speedy recovery, friend. get well soon
  18. +2 on contacting Steve. He is the man.
  19. Same one I use and the Baggie over it. It has been tested in T storms and passes with flying colors...
  20. This awesome site came up when I was doing some RSV reviews prior to purchasing. I remember bugging FREEBIRD with several questions and was a proverbial thorn in his side. All this BEFORE I joined, which tells you the quality of the people on this site. Getting answers without a second thought. Thanks Don, if not for you I wouldn't say I'm a proud member of this site!!!
  21. My previous RSV had 2 sets of Avon venoms and there was NADA in regards to sidewall cracking. I looked, often bc of the Florida heat and humidity. Was able to get 13k out of the set w P.O. And was 3500 on a brand new pair before sold. No issues...
  22. Maybe Dan, ya just have to break the new ones in a little bit...
  23. It used to be the unwritten rule about not touching or messing with another's bike. Fortunately I haven't been around these A holes...I will say this, I am very respectful, but when you mess with my stuff that I busted my hump to own and maintain, that's not acceptable. If I ever witness that crap to my bike, let's just say, the person who did that would not have a pleasant day.
  24. Congrats on a safe return and a belated happy birthday ...
