  1. 99 to 2003 base models had silver fins/mounts and midnights were black 2004 to present are all black on all models. i've diamond cut them all!
  2. got both the stockers from mine, i put the barnett braided on when i took the bike out of the box.
  3. Remove the clutch lever. All you need is a ten mm wrench and regular screw driver. You will find a small brass fitting that will remove from the lever. Clean and lube and reasemble.. at times that brass bushing will need replaced. It will get worn and distorted at times. Its a ten minute job at best
  4. I have spare cables. Dont buy one.
  5. you can access the relay from behind the left passenger floorboard mounting plate "black plastic"

  8. i ran only premium fuel for several years and got about the same mpg that your getting, and when fuel prices went to 4 bucks a gallon i caved in and started running the cheap stuff.... i was amazed to get an additional 7 to 9 miles per gallon... and as stated above.... all ya get is a blubbering idle with the prts hooked together. enjoy the ride and try the cheap fuel... i also use seafoam on a regular basis. mike

  12. THEY DON'T OFFER A STOCK SIZE FRONT IN THE COMANDER II IS THE ONLY REASON I WENT WITH THE SMALLER TIRE. WILL SEE IF IT MAKES ANY DIFFERENCE?

  21. many of the dent guys that come to the dealer will use a glue stick that glues onto the dent and then they can use a slide hammer to pull on the glue stick to remove the dent. i have had several dents removed from motorcycle fuel tanks with this method. it works!

  24. the saddlebags are from a 2006 black cherry venture the rear fender, tank, and battery covers are from a black and red 2005 tour deluxe the airbox covers and front fender are from a 2003 rasberry/sand venture the lower fairings are from a 2006 midnight tour deluxe. were gunna call her LUCYII
