Does not want me to wear any other patch while on a chapter ride

We are a 'one patch' riding Association - a riding focused group. The patch is meant to show pride in membership and camaraderie with fellow STAR members. While many of us are supporters of other groups and associations only with prior approval from the Chapter President (and STAR Touring) can they even be considered. The STAR back patch should be placed in the center of the back of the vest. The Chapter rocker should be placed flush to the bottom of the back patch leaving no gap, which will give the appearance of a one-piece design. You cannot wear two lower rockers. You cannot wear a Chapter rocker with out a Back Patch. Wing patches (Vet Wing, LOS Wing, Tin Star Wing or Starfire Wing) may be placed either above or below the back patch and rocker. No other bike association patch can be worn on a STAR vest. No rocker or upper patch will be designed to fit flush at the top of the back patch. NO EXCEPTIONS. The small STAR arm/vest patch should be placed on the left side of the chest in line with the center of the arm. The patch should be placed at a slight angle while lying flat. It is designed to be straight while the vest is on. Small rockers (bike name, chapter position or custom design) should be placed flush to the bottom of this patch, again leaving no gap. The arm/vest patch may also be put on the left sleeve of your jacket. STAR Vets patch should be placed on the right side of the chest directly across from the arm/vest patch, and must also be put on at a slight angle. The Branch of Service is laser-cut to fit against the bottom of the patch. The bottom of this rocker should hang in line with the bottom of the vest. Chapter patches can be placed on the right if you are not a STAR Vet; we have additional patches that may also be placed here. If you have the STAR Vet patch you may place the Chapter patch in a location of your choice keeping in mind the guidelines above. Allen Cease is and was president then, and the rules are available for anyone to read, and if your chapter sent money to Allen, you can kiss it goodbye. -

It's no different than having a copy of the bible, everyone can read something different and push it to their own ways. I have life long friends that met through the star club. And for that, i am thankfull, however untill the director is gone, i will stay gone, that guy is nuts!! And still owes my club $2600.00 and is a thief. -

I still have the handbook, and that IS star policy , not your presidents You can find it in the guidlines that are availible to all members -

You will also find that you can not be an officer of star groups unless you ride a star product! Ask your president to find out anything he can about chapter#307 of Illinois Or call Allan Cease ? Mike/ past vp and charter founding member of 307 Illinois -
yes, seafoam is also a fuel stabilizer i do not care for the sta-bil product i have used the seafoam for about 15 years+ in all of my motorcycles, lawnmowers, snow blowers and weed eaters, my old antique dirtbikes have fuel with birthdays, and they run fine every summer for a mile or two and then away for another year.

I agree that old goat should get a rider and not a fixer, and i'm sure that we will find something when he's ready to pull the trigger. On the flip side, that voyager trike kit is where the money is at in that purchase.... Just look around and you will see that he's not asking too much for the the pair. Let me know when your ready james, and we will find you a rider. Mike

Nobody puts more time and effort into this thread than you, don Thanks for that, and keeping it fun. Mike
