    put a small dab of glue or silicon in the metal spacers and inside of washers to hold everything together for the next removal and not have to chase things around on the floor. George is correct, buy the bolt kits too!!

    I second the check over for wires and such... always look at anything that did not come from momma Yamaha stock outta the box. any added farkles , lights, chrome accessories, even if they are from Yamaha. does it have a trailer hitch or added wire harness??

    the leveling links are shorter than the stock links, it works the opposite of what you would think. I put them on about 10 years ago and they help a ton!

    the fender emblems were just held on with double side tape and many were removed due to thin edges getting turned up while washing and looking like crap from being bent. the only ones that had them came with the hard side saddle bags. mike:detective: yamaha # 4ye-2152a-00-00 ........................................................$81.99 each!
