pofarm has the correct info, I own all 3 2nd gens

pay the storage and towing bill yourself and get the parts pile home. even if there is nothing to salvage, it will get you the upper hand at settlement time, they have to pay storage no matter where its parked and loss of use charges apply also.. been there done this.

the mast are easy to swap, they are often installed wrong from the dealership as they fit on either base.

that hose comes from the bowl overflow and yes it could be a sticking float, but as Ace stated above it's likely the seat o-rings. $.02

the tornado started in Franklin grove Illinois, just 10 miles from my house. I picked a bad day to go visit friends in Franklin grove that day! some nasty hail damage to the Avalanche, however not as bad as some folks that lost everything.

same year as mine, there is nothing missing around choke, as stated before the plate is an aftermarket option. I don't see anything other than tires to concern me.
