MY $.02 all just a matter of poor choice in words............... yes i think you do need jetting to solve your problem..... no i don't think you need to re-jet to solve the problem............ whadaya mean mike??? you have jets that need to be cleaned to operate at peak performance..... ya got some junk in your carbs and your dyno dynamo tells you that you need jetting work.. and says that you need to "jet your ride" go back to the well and you will find that everone here is correct in some way or another, and that you dyno dude is correct also........just need to get the language lingo in order. if you don't plan to put performance exhaust or intake mods on your bike, let the dyno guy know this so that your not pissin your money away on kits that will make your wallet thinner, you mpg lower and your performance nill. BUT ON ANOTHER NOTE!!! CHROME DOES MAKE EM FASTER!!!! -
e-mail me a picture of the pipes you have, maybe we could work out a trade? i have 2 stock sets of rsv pipes. mike royalstarventure03@yahoo.com

been many a moon since then boo!! i dont remember that beer bottle???? and yes it does take care of the reflecting chrome gas cap also. if you like the fountain soda or coffee when you stop, get 2 cups, and when you put the cups into the holder, one will stay in the cozy and the other will slide in and out easier and keeps the cold colder and the hot hotter, and the sweat off the top of the tank.:Cool_cool36:mike

i used a socket from my socket ratchet set that was i pinch smaller than the diameter of the speaker. made a mark in the foam where i wanted the speakers and then put a extention into the socket backwards, then heated the socket with a small bottle torch and pushed/ melted the foam to the depth that i needed. hope this helps. mike -
your going to have to remove and clean the carbs, you have a jet plugged. if you have average mechanical abilities, it's not a bad job to perform pull a fine wire out of your wire brush and get a can of carb cleaner.

had them for years on both my rsv's great product and great company to deal with!! mike

i do ALL my own auto/motorcycle and gun cleaning smithing and mechanical repairs. no b/s about that. as for b/s in general......yes your correct about that:stickinouttounge: it's easy for you to spot!! rite?
-
if your lack of cleaning your bike would put you or others in danger........don't turn the key or pull the trigger on it also....you don't have to be a gunsmith or a mechanic to know how to keep it clean. lighten up francis! take a shower and enjoy the b/s.

note to the tire dealer............. yes sir, i have this crap tire that should be a better tire, ...if i give this one back to you,... will you please give me another crap tire at a discount.... so that i can pay you to install it for me ....so that i can feel good about the idea of waiting for my new crap tire to do the same thing... and we can do this all over again next year??? that is if i live through the season because i'm going to look at my crap tire more often than i did my last crap tire. please note that i did not say that the crap tire in the note was a avon venom. and i never told the story of the crap tire that blew out on my bike that was 5 days old and had 2600 miles on it. WARRANTY is only a good thing if your life does not depend on the product.. like a battery or tv or an ipod......ya know what i mean?? michelin/mike
