Upon checking the fuses, the signal fuse is blown. I put a new fuse in and when I have the signals on and depress brake the fuse blows. These are all aftermarket. The fuse is marked signal in the box. Update: When I depress the back brake the light gets dimmer instead of brighter. There are three wires coming from the tail light. Red, white and a green one. The green is not hooked to anything. So brake light works backwards with back brakes but not at all with front.

The brake light is not working on my 98 royal star. The tail light works but no brakes light up in the front or rear levers. The light looks to be an led aftermarket and not stock bulb type. Any ideas on this?
