1. I was just looking at Phil's phone and noticed the app he was looking at. How many venture riders already have downloaded the DQ Finder app?
2. Let me introduce the Hilton. Apparently B2Dad double dog dared him that he couldn't buy a decent camper for the price Phil wanted to pay and of course Phil had to take that dare!
3. Can you believe that going forward trips are not going to include tent camping. I spent a lot of money buying him the perfect tent that he could put up by himself, not too big not too small the just right size. Now he has no plans to use it again. His retirement plan was to travel on the trike and tent camp across the country. Not now. GRRRRRRRR I am not a happy camper. Who told him the Hilton was the only way to travel? He says we're only going to stay at the Hilton from now on. WHAT? Where does he think money comes from? The Hilton really? Who short sheeted his bed? Who frosted his flakes? Is he crazy or what....
4. We finally got a DQ nearby. Phil went through DQ withdrawal when we moved to OK.
5. Canadians? Camping... Does he want a train whistle? Train whistle - he's been playing with it since he got home. That's not the problem. He got exactly what he wanted for his birthday but now it's just not good enough. I spent hundreds of dollars for his birthday, but somebody at Galena filled his head with other ideas. It will never be the same. Life will never go back to what it was before international. My list is growing... 1. Mike Eykamp 2. Freebird 3. Aussie Annie (cause it didn't stay at the rally, it came home with Phil) 4. Monty 5. Mr and Mrs Hal 6. Angle 7. Ragtop 8. B2Mom & B2Dad
6. Making my list... 1. Mike Eykamp 2. Freebird 3. Aussie Annie (cause it didn't stay at the rally, it came home with Phil) I know there had to be others at the rally that were in on this. Come on - more names, what about those Canadians he was camping with near the train tracks? He's crazy if he thinks he's going to get one.
7. I send my nice mild mannered husband to Galena to International and he comes home full of crazy ideas! 'Fess up, admit it's your fault!
8. Bongobobny - are you in Rochelle? Phil is half way between you and Freebird - he's in Stillman Valley tonight.
9. Just wanted to give everyone who's headed to Galena and staying in Rockford, IL on their way a head's up about who's going to be in Rockford starting July 27 for a week. The Hell's Angels are holding their annual USA Run in Rockford, so expect to see a lot of bike as you hit the Rockford area.
10. Prayers being said for you. Stay positive. You've got 'The Man' on your side every step of the way.
11. Oh No, another meet planned during our vacation! Which would be great if we didn't already have vacation plans that we cannot change. We'll be riding up the Atlantic coast around that time between South & North Carolina. Our vacation plans are to leave a few days before Labor Day weekend, so we can be in Lakeland, Florida for Labor Day. We are going to visit our youngest daughter and her husband since we didn't make it there last year like we had planned. (God and my father had other plans for us last year. We spent our vacation celebrating his life as we all said good bye) So this year we have to make Florida! Then we're headed up the Atlantic coast to see other family before heading west through Maggie's Valley across the Smokies and heading back to the plains.
12. Happy Birthday
13. Steve, our thoughts and prayers are headed your way from Oklahoma.
14. Praying for all those impacted by the tornados.

16. A few more pictues... Around the dinner table, A few of the bikes and the corner of mainstreet Mulhall OK Then along the ride afterwards on the road to POPS
17. Here are some of the pictures. Ride over from Bristow, OK to Mulhall, OK. And some of the people around the table for lunch.
18. Maybe she's ready to ride with you and travel and wants to go in style?
19. Yesterday was a great time in Oklahoma. Over 20 people all came from may different places including a few from Arkansas to gather in Mulhall, OK (do a google search on Lucille Mulhall and her father Col Zack Mulahll if you like history) for a country dinner. After that we road along hwy 66 for a little while to Arcadia, OK and the home of POPS. James planned a great day of riding and meeting new and old friends. I have pictures that I will post as soon as I get a chance to.
20. We're planning to meet up with you in Mannford. Just look for the black cherry trike and that will be us. Looking forward to tomorrow's gathering.
21. Where is the meeting place on HWY 51 on the west side of Tulsa? We're east of Tulsa and would consider meeting up with the other riders to head to the meet and eat.
22. As a passenger who like to ride - Carbon One's are great. Even better than my cup holder. Thanks Larry!
23. I vote Yes for the caboose! Linda will like it once you have it in your backyard.
24. Congratulations! May you find lots of exciting things to fill your spare time with. Phil retires this summer and told our kids when he gets bored he was just going to pester me in the office (I work from home). The kids gave me a deadbolt lock to install on my office door for Xmas this year! Enjoy being able to take time and smell the roses!
25. We have the $$$ J&M. Had an issue with one of them and the cord was replaced at no cost after the warrenty expired. Sound is great, Phil has a hearing loss and has no issue hearing me or the radio with them.
