im replacing 2nd gear in a 06 vmax and the cases are still split. problem is that the transmission and middle gear turns and shifts fine when the gears are in the lower half but when i put the transmission and middle gear in the upper half they won't rotate. i have double checked all of the parts are there and in the right order but i am at a loss for why i am running into problems when i try to spin the gears in the upper half of the block. any suggestions?
