  1. Got the new tips put on tonight, bags are back on. Ready to go for a ride this weekend.
  2. He went up a little to far up with the powder coat, I will need to sand that off before i install them. They were right at $100.00 to have powder coated like this. I love them, pretty neat.
  3. I just ordered another bell. It took Don all of three minutes to send me an e-mail, letting me know he will ship it tomorrow. Thanks for all you do for all of us Don.

Dont know why but it reminds me of the Honda NightHawk. Now there was an uncomfortable bike.
  6. I'm 46 now and it is sometimes a challenge getting this thing backed into the garage. If I am still riding in twenty years, I will probably need reverse. For now I can deal with it. Ross
  7. Are these available now? If not, when do ya think? Thanks, Ross
  8. Do you have a ramp setting? This starts you out at a lesser pressure and hopefully you fall asleep by the time it is at full bore. The thing about these things that makes them doubly hard to get used to in the beginning is: After using for a couple of nights of actually getting a restful sleep, you are not your totally exhausted self when going to bed, and then you are trying to fall asleep with this thing on your head. Try different masks, nasal pillows or whatever else that might be more comfortable for you. There is also a Bi-Pap machine, talk to your Dr. about if one of these might be better for you. In summary, I strongly encourage to keep using it,eventually it is second nature, it really improved my quality of life. My woman cannot sleep if the Bi-Pap isn't blowing. Ross
  9. I am in the process of shopping for some new Michelin Commanders for my 99 RSV. How do I tell when they were made? I am assuming if I ask before I order that they will tell me. If I end up with a less than knowledgable salesperson, I figure if I know how to tell when they were made might help. Thanks, Ross
  10. Me and my brother (Gold Wing) did this trip from South to North in May. It was very fun and scenic. We did the Cherahola before we got on the Blue Ridge Parkway. I liked the South end of the Parkway the best, although all is nice. Its fun to whoop it up and get noisy in the tunnels, although it can be hard to see in those tunnels sometimes. After seeing parts of Kyle Petty's 2006 ride, my dream ride is now Glacier National Park, that looks like some tremendous riding. Ross
  11. Where did you mount your light bars? I would like to get some lighting out on the bags. Are they flexible enough to mount on the bags, or the chrome pieces aroung my bags? Thanks, Ross
  12. 1999 RSV How does a guy make the rear blinkers act as another running light on these things? Thanks for any help. Ross
  13. 1999 RSV. I just installed the single light BackOff License Plate Frame with single LED. Real easy install. Lights up the rear a little better, but still needs improvement. The wiring is as follows: Bike ----- Plate Yellow----Red This is the Brake Light Blue------White This is the Running Light Black-----Black This is the Ground
  14. I am meeting my brother in Nashville to ride on Friday May 18th. Any recommendations on some nice roads we can ride around Nashville. We will probably "Venture" East from there. (Carolinas) How about my ride up from North of Atlanta on my way to Nashville. Thanks, Ross
