    up thru ok,city,west,to granite,then back home,1100 mls,venture run good,gas milage sucks,off to BIG BEND next week,voyager will make this one

    i hooked mine to the driving lights,two 55 watter,have over 100000 mls on them ,have not replaced a blub yet

    didn't want you to have any nite mares,on the rest of the way home,thros 2gen are pretty senstive,when looking at 1gen tail lites, might have a nerves brake down

    my old wore out 89 vr,145000 miles,did 142 gps top speed on my way to jackson nc two weeks ago,if you don't beleave that ask beer-30 never again

    ellen is doing fine,we made the ride back from ashville nc in two days,that is the reason i thank she is one tuff lady,guess those goldwings ride pretty good

    the best year yet for me,after the rains this spring,i have only had two down pores on me,co & mo,all the rest has been showers,thank the lord,and not the weather-man--woman,from the looks of the weather,the riding season is not over yet

    had to cut our ride short,to the BLUE RIDGE PW,had small accdent,bike fell over,and ellen maybe got sume broused ribbs,she is a tuff lady,850 mls home,seams to be better this moring,she says no more long rides for her

    looks like gary & i will be heading for the BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY this comming wensday,his wife,wants to try and make it,he,s got it all mapped out,so i don't know where it gose,my GPS is down,will have to send it in for repair,that is a bummer realy enjoyed our last get togather,also the M & E bandera,road with a frend from san antoni,got home about 5 pm sun,now to make ready for the BLUE RIDGE :):)

    WE NEED A 100000 MLS SITE ON HERE,LIKE TO SEE ALL THe ZEROS,HOW ABOUT YOU 2GEN OWNERS,[RED NECK]my COWASAKI has 77000 on it now now post the mls on the GMC,bet it don't show that many gerat looking truck,personaly i would leave it as org as possable,not to many around 8000 mls,now that is a ride,but out in the flat land,about the only thing to do is check to see if the mile marker match the spedo,been there done that,HELL will DO IT AGAIN

    first gen,need oil & tires,also,but then the rest is all smiles :cool10:we are trying to make sure that the sec gens,have sumething to shoot for,remember we have been on the road a lot longer than you new commers[sec gen],now off for another ride

    don't know how meny mils,voyager maybe 20000,vr,maybe 20000,i do know 2 front tires & 5 rear tires,if that helps off to san antonio friday,want to check out these tx ventureriders,been trying to get togather with them,maybe we can drum up a beg ben ride vr is down for maintance now so the voyager,will go boy it is great to be retirded,isn't it

    got home about 3 pm,6300 mls this trip,left sleeperhawk's,up thru greenville,over to chattanooga.then headed home,didn't get wet till vicksburg,then rain most of the way home ALL YOU GUY & GIRLS WERE GREAT,AND WILL BE BACK YOUR WAY right now have to get all those ducks back in a row maybe san antonio this week end

    good thing i checked,the swr's,the coax cable,did not have conunity,bad conecti0n at the ant,and the spliter was bad,don't know how the radio even worked,got the external speaker to work thru the intercom,now for a new spliter,off i go to radio shack thanks

    i've got one,also,the book,didn't say anything about setting the SWR's,but i will check then any way may ride down your way today,will call,when i head your way lowell
