    MY PLANS WERE TO LEAVE THE 24 OR 25 now got to see if i can ride 4 or 500 mls a day,not so much the riding but the getting off,and on the bike,may try a ride sunay

    this routine realy sucks,with a bad wheel,takes 5 min to get the leg to start working up 5-6 am,put the dogs out,feed them,make coffee,turn the lap top no,take the pills,dogs back in,laying under my feet,reading all these post,s,put closes on, limp to the barn,take a break,forgot sumething back to the house,turn on the cell ph,to the barn taKe a break,now turn the fan on,make a jug of tea,for latter,hunt for the tools i left out,take a break,forgot what i was going to do,start the bikes,let run till the heat gage moves,need to hall off trash,been putting that off for 6 mo.so guess no big hurry,wheel is a little better,by now,take meny breaks the rest of the day. going back to the doc mon,maybe find out what is causing this,can't realy swing my leg on the bike,feel like a old chapper rider,that don't want to give up riding GUESS I AM DOING AS GOOD AS CAN BE EXSPECTED,AND WITH WHAT I HAVE TO WORK WITH,70,OOO MLS ON THIS OLD BODY lowell

    4 mls south of lite,on hwy 79 private road 7173 turn right,big red barn leg is giving me a lot of pain,trying to rest it up,but so far,not any better doc says maybe bad blood circ,the muscles seam to be deteriorating,my left leg,looks like it is getting smaller going to try and make ride this week to see if i can do a long ride,getting on an off the bike is a large pain,in the a** [leg] all my riding is on hold right lowell

    did it SWR,s 1.0,meter just bearly moves,no change in the radio thro,seams to be working fine,main thing was the SWR,s,now how to stop the wind noise,these hand held mikes are realy bad ,going to see if i can make sume kind of muffler,foam rubber,or sume kind of air filter meterial can rear just fine just can't talk on the road

    just installer an ant splitter from a vr on the voy,it has an match pot on it,is that the same as setting the SWR's,how do i check the setting,installed a COBA 75,

    three tanks of gas,one bumm leg,6 DQ stops,guess i will have to take a rain check,but next time

    when riding w tx,i have put 6.2 in my 1st gen,4.2 in the tank 2 in my jug,then that was a mom & pop with only reg gas,for tractors

    home last nite 8:30 stopped by dooder 1,he is doing great,getting around fairly well,400 mls home from dooder,got off the bike three times,my left lag is killing me off to the doc as soon as i can get a round a little better M.D will do it again left lag and all YOU ARE THE GREATEST:thumbsup:

    i like the voy,not as top heavy,good ride at h.w speed,10% better gas milage,maybe a little quicker in the twisty,lots better,at parking lot speed,725#,6 gal gas tank,the parts i have needed,have been ease to find,have put 80,000 on my 94, parts 1 drive shaft 100,000,onthe clock,lack of grese 2 rear end 120,000 loud whine 3 throdle cable,the pull one 4 now has 138,000 on it,has an oil leak,i haven't found yet,not bad,just a mass 5 progressive spring in front low milage old voy, needs all grease and fluoadle changes 1st gen 164,000 on the clock,about the same same,parts wise,no rear end my real draw back with the 1st gen is the low speed handling,parking lot,sudden stops,i dropped it many times,lot heaver to pick up,than the voy,HWY speed, 1st gen is little better ride,twisty,don't drag the pegs as quick maintain wise ABOUT THE SAME,dealers don't want to work on them,to old for these young mac. pm me if i can help any more

    there are a lot of great roads where you are going,have did a few,myself,don't realy know of any bad roads,no super hwy's,just super good riding,mostly motorcycle frendly just watch for grass,from the lawn mowers lowell

    OK; put the nexen tire on a frend's voy, he has a voy kit on it,200 mle ride home,he say it seams to be great,took an avon off,only 3000 mls,wore out cords showing got the BFG to beed up with 70 #,used STP oil treetment,man is that stuff slick,will put the tire on the bike to day,starting with 35# air,now let the test begain lowell

    i run shell 5w40 syn,oil change oil 8-10,000 mls,165,000,on the 89 vr,139,000,on the 94 voy,no use of oil eather blke

    more riding in the rain,fog,& less wind,hwy 7 to hwy 27,hwy 59 to 1186,79 to my driveway rain from the HUB,to ashdown,had great time,[need to make up sume more cards] air mattress still works,bill don't snorzzzzz,93 voy ran great,now for all the maintance ,got home bout 5 pm,clear and dry here where to go next lowell

    sunday lost phone service,called at&t,phone off the hook,checked all my lines,nothing wrong,call at&t,they will send a tech out wed,wed came and went,called at&t again,was told had a group re pair,going on,didn't tell me about this mon,just that ihad a phone off the hook,wouldn't tell me when the repair was expected to be complete,guess when you live off of the betten path,and don't use them for anything except a line,if it wasn't for this laptop,i wouldn't need a land line to big to fail lowell

    i know my elevator dosn't go to the top flood,yesterday realy confurm that son-in-law went to mena ar,yesterday,up the drive,great seanery,right,WRONG,fog-rain,visabilty ,maybe 200 ft,great yellow line,one thing good there wasn't any one else on the drive,so all we had to do was keep the bikes between the bar ditches WON'T DO THAT AGAIN UNTILL NEXT TIME

    well the NEXUN tire is history,orded a new bfg yesterday,just didn't like the way it handled ,60 to 80 mph,sume times it would run straght,other,had a slite hunting,thank it is the side walls,[1 ply],rain, cruves ,graval,were good, if any one wants it,just pay shipping,or come by here,will put it on for you, an its yours,about 6,000 mls on it lowell
