I work at a Polaris dealership & we are going to sell the Slingshot....Polaris has kept the lid on it.. No my GM may know what it looks like and I"m sure he knows the price,but he isn't saying...I do know the store had to spend a LOT of $$$$just to floor them

well I broke the news to LuAnn (wife)... here's the conversation... Me : hey Hun how was your day? her : blah blah blah blah blah ( wont bore ya'll with her details) Me: well u are gonna kill me Her Why? Me:I traded Motorcycles Her : No you didn't... Me: yes I did.... Her: no you didn't... Me: yes I did ... her: WHY ... Me: Boss offered me a deal I couldn't refuse... Her: ok ... can't wait to ride it .... Gotta love that woman.....

it come from the factory like that... that is the 2nd one I've seen like that... but I think it's graphics..

oh she will my old bike was a midnight venture... the new1 has flames on it....

wife is gone to visit daughter in Mobile, and me working at a Yamaha dealership has it's advantage and disadvantage. OH I agree....but I think they have been hearing CHANGE and they are gonna change...course we know factory reps would never LIE....

I work for a yamaha dealership in sales...my GM was telling me that our Yamaha rep said to look for 2 new touring bikes in 2015.. V twin platform is all he was told, but look for vast improvements & updates over the old platform meaning VENTURE...oh yea price tag in the 20's....guess time will tell...

we did... I was humbled by the turnout....there was several bikes not in that picture they meet us at the eating place and parked in a different spot... Also mechanic1 and his wife joined in on the fun...was great meeting them...

think I may just go with the silverstar ultra vision...it claims to be 50% brighter than a regular bulb and has 40% winder angle & it's $24.95 at walmart...

I had that light on my old Honda, I loved it....

passing lamps has stopped working and it's really time to replace the lights. Does anyone have an economical solution to go with LED or HID or just replace the bulbs with brighter silverstar bulbs? I value yo your opinions....oh I don't want to spend over $150.00 lol hey I'm cheap...

laid in bed at night and listened to WLS Chicago, was the only time I could get it...would go to sleep with the radio on and in the night if they played my favorite song I'd wake up and listen to the song, then go back to sleep...

the 70's was the greatest decade of music ever.. there was the change over from the 60's but Led Zeppelin was leading the way....then you had bands like the Eagles, Skynard, Dr. Hook, Boston, Kansas, Journey, Bob Seager, AC/DC , so many great bands that defined the 70's ...may never be another decade close IMO
