    I have an 07 Venture and now I am worried that it has cheap plugs in it. How do you know all this "insider Yamaha stuff?"

    The main thing to remember about batteries is that you CAN NOT leave them on the garage floor (if it is cement). For some reason, the cement floor of a garage will sap the power out of any car or cycle battery. As to what to add to the battery when the cells get low or dry, I just used distilled water.
