Congrats, looks like a great Deal and it's a nice Bike If you decide to change the km-Cluster to mls Instruments , i'd gladly take it off your Hands, Especially if the Battery Warning Circuit is not flashing constantly. Mine has a burned off Chip inside....

No, just undo the two Bolts where the Cable goes into the Starter Hausing and the pull the Starter out. -
The Pin doesn't belong to neither Bearing there. Don't know much about the european Site, there wasn't much going on, so I decided to look elsewhere. I already have enough Forum Connections to maintain even without it.

I say it again, such a Pin doesn't belong to the final Dive or to the Wheel.

If you won't go with JB weld, maybe a used Tank off Fleabay will do much better than a costly Repair with unforseeable Outcome. Depends a Lot on the State you find in your Tank. It can be done, yes, but it not cheap and rather Time consuming. Snaggletooth has done a a Job to the Tank of his 1Gen.

I still use Office 2000 on my Win7 pro 32 and 64bit OS's .... works like Charm. I'd recommend WIN7 64bit to FULL extend, but if you have some older Hardware, you can run into Driver Problems. Printer Drivers can be a bit unnerving under 64bit, but i got everything running on my 2008 Server and on WIN7 pro both 32bit and 64bit Versions, even my OOOOOOLD NEC P7 Line Printer from 1994 or so. While i was going through my disastrous IT Ordeal last Year, i had the "Pleasure" to gain deep insight with XP pro Modes, both SP2 and SP3 Variations. And i even installed the virtual XP Machine, which is a complete XP pro Machine and comes even with teh MS License. Every Program i tested, and there were some really old ones, ran on this Machine. WIN7 is a BIIIG Step in the right Direction. I run a small ISDN Monitor Program (CAPI Sniffer) on the 2008/64bit Server and even this Program from 1998 runs as it should. I really like the recent MS OS's. They will serve me another 10 Years.

I've had those final Drives apart and i don't remember the#3 Part exactly. But when comparing the Size of #3 with the Size of the Bolt#4 next to it, your Pin is way to small to be the same Part. Bolt #4 is M10x50.... Honestly, i don't think your Garage Find belongs to your Bike.

See, our Gal's must be like minded .... :rotf: Mine would tip her right Index Finger to her Forehead, make me turn around and kick me in the Behind ..... more than once .... :255: But honestly, seeing that would happen between most Men and their Spouses, that's why i asked the Question to begin with ....

Since most of the Sigs are static Pics, they'll only load once to the User and until the User cleans his Browser Cache, they will stay there until the Browser tries to load them again. If the Browser finds the File inhis own Cache, he'll load it from there, so, not so much Resources and Bandwith is actually used. That's the standard Setting on most Browsers. Now the active Parts, like weather Forcasts and others will take some Bandwidth and take a bit longer to load.
