have figured out my problem, riding without the front lowers on, forcing to much are in and changing the mixture. duuuuuhhhhhh. i fell like a real dummmmmy!!!!! thanks for all your hep!!!!

got the bike out yesterday, took it for a ride and when i cranked on the throttle it dropped 2 cylinders, starv'n for fuel. checked fuel pump and it wasn't run'n. checked couple of things it started run'n again, took it for another ride twas fine till i got out of town and cranked on it again, dropped 2 cylinders. took back home put in another fuel pump i had and went for a ride and the same thing, ran fine till i cranked it up. starter was also not work'n right, acted like my battery wasn't charged, full charge, good connections. not sure whats go'n on, any hep or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

have'n probab's with my fuel pump, wont kick in when i take it for a ride and get on it heavy, wont keep enough gas in the carbs to keep go'n or keep the carbs fed . i lose 2 cyclinders, starter has been acting funny lately also. i took side cover off and felt the fuel pump go'n down the road, just not run'n when i think it should to feed the carbs. also changed fuel pump to another one i had and still hav same prob. any hep would be greatly appreciated!! have already ordered new starter relay. hit one on the bike 4 or 5 yrs ago, 2nd of dec. knocked me down, i slid and rolled a 100 ft or better. when i stopped, rolled over sat up went sob!!! got up and walked away and the deer never moved, went to a firemans frezzer. totaled the bike. i had broken wrist and dislocated left big toe. twas last day of hunting season, they had been shot'n at her

was headed to work on sat sept 9th wasnt even a mile away from home when a coon ran across the road at me, did all i could to avoid it, but the damn thing hit me anyway. hit me right in the front left lower cowl shattered the bottom part of that , there is an air induction valve down there that is missing now, have that ordered from pinwall and ebay, how important is it and is it ok to run without it for a little while? the other thing i need help with is the left front lower cowl piece, didnt find one on ebay and hoping that maybe one of the other members may have an xtra one that they might part with. willing to pay for it and the shipping, have an 06 blackcherry but willing to paint it the right color over the winter. any and all hep grately appreciated. thanks:thumbsup:

have problem with my blinkers. flashes real fast on left side , flashes normal on right side. had a stop signal flash thingy in there afore the rear lites, took it out still have same prob. think'n i have a bare wire somewhere, or a pare of them rubb'n together. anyone have this prob n where did you look or find the prob? thanks for any and all hep.

what i found work's in the right situation is glass marbles, just toss'em in the air go'in down the road, marbles shatter as the windshield shatters, no evidence if they call the leo. just an opinion. only ever had to do it once, no consequences. worked, idiot backed off .

i just got back monday from a full 10 days of rid'n out that way. had a wonderful time!!!!! rode the dragons tail, diamondback, (this one bit me),devils whip,rattler,moonshiner 28,cherohala skyway,blue ridge parkway,six gap,blood mountain run, war woman, natchaz trace. had a really great time!!! hope you enjoy it also. did 3,333 miles, butt was sore, but loved all of it. if i can figure out how to put pictures on here i'll share with all.

i drive a cement truck for a liv'n, see people on there phone all the time!!! surprized my air horn isn't worn out. so glad i put 2, yep 2 on my venture. just love blast'n people with my air horns when i see them on their damn phones! i usually ride next to the center line, put led's in headlite 'n' drive'n lites! right at 4000 lumins' i like'm, people say they can really see me com'n.

i had custom sheepskin seat covers made that have elastic around the bottom for easier put on and removal. i sent them to the drycleaners to be cleaned, was $40 apiece, didnt want them to shrink on me. i really like them.

put me down for an indian roadmaster, fully dressed also. can always sell it later if'n i really dont like it, or trade it on sum'n else:big-grin-emoticon:

alot of day trips, one trip to ashland miss was 730 miles. alot of days riding to work. most of my weekend trips were of 2 to 300 hundred mile day trips. i like the twisty curvey roads best, i really look for those. i think the secret to dunlop e3's is that i ran the air pressure at 44lbs in the rear for 2up riding n my big husky body. made probably 8 or 10 rootbeer runs of 125 miles one way, really good rootbeer for mak'n rootbeer floats. i usually bring back 8 to 10 half gallon jugs when i go for me 'n' other floks. been down to poop's couple of times.

Took the rear tire off last nite to have a new one put on, looked up the mileage , right at 20,000 miles n change. gonna put an E3 right back on it, very happy with its performance!!!
