put a vent in my other venture i had,loved it, only had 2 bugs come threw n hit me in the face all summer, i used it alot! new venture does'nt have one , but i allready have one to put in it. wouldn't ride without one. if you don't need it, ya close it.

i might get to my pass'n lites when i git's back from hattiesdburg in a week or so, got crash bar braces on, wolo horn installed,lite bar under top trunk ,stop flash gizzmo installed , work goes slow when only one hand is 100%, other one is com'n along slowly, but it's get'n there. probably back to 40 or 50%. my bikes same color will post pics when i git'z done!

PMELEH. IS where you live any where near Hattiesburg ms, i'm gonna be headed that way in a couple of weeks to see some friends that moved down there from up here a few years ago. I'm com'n from northern il, yep a flat lander. just got done clean'n s--- from the drive way. gonna spend bout a week down there, they is gonna take me over to new orleans, ain't never been there!

Bought my first venture 2 years ago brung it home sat after thanksgiving, didn't get to ride it till last year n was everything i thought it would be!!!! loved the ride, wife loves it too!! had a deer jump out in front of me 2nd of dec and totaled the bike!!! Glad i was rid'n a big bike !! got another one just like what i had,06 blackcherry , 14k miles on it! not much bling on it ,but got alot of that bought back n sit'n in the garage ,wait'n till wrist get's strong enough to be able to wrench again ,gonna be real soon here! get'n ansy to get start'd. shoot the moon, you wont be disapoint'd! GOOD LUCK!!!

Good luck on the surgery and with the heal'n process that goes with it! i just started the strenght'nnnn part of my therapy last week thursday, wish i was back to normal already! what ever normal is? it's a long road, i'm a work-a-holic too! should be able to start work'n on the bike real soon! i have allied, its a sub of nationwide, treated me real good when i hit the deer last month, never raised my rate because of accident, pay $382.00 year for full coverage. don't think thats too bad considering the coverage i have!

if it were mine i would patch it from the inside. i've also had friends put a plug in ,as long as it's a rear tire,and had great sucess.

no over heat'n problem, just think'n ahead to 30k maint things!

Just wonder'n bout ENGINE ICE COOLANT? has anyone used it and what you all thought bout it? stuff is xpensive, $20 dollars a 1/2 gallon! wonder'n if it's worth the xtra money? thanks to all for your input:thumbsup2:

Forgot bout that! I went deer hunting with my venture back on 12-2-12. i'm still heal'n. it is a long slow process, specially when your old like me! Hope he's doing better?

just wondering if you are out of crash bar braces and the stebel horn wiring harness? i ordered from you the other day and had'nt heard back yet. all OK????

I CHANGED MY GARAGE BACK WHEN I BOUGHT MY PLACE FROM A 1 STALL WITH A LEAN TO, TO A FULL 2 STALL, FRIEND HAD NEW TIN FROM A JOB HE WORKED AT ,WAS GOING TO THROW AWAY VIA HIS BOSS'S INSTRUCTION'S, GAVE IT TO ME , TURN'D OUT TO BE JUST ENOUGH TO COVER ROOF. TOLD ME TO PUT DOWN STYROFOAM FIRST BEFORE THE TIN, NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH CONDENSATION. SO I QUESS THE THING TO DO IS INSULATE.
