  1. # 40 should be a plastic cap insert to keep the dust dirt and grease out you may need to get get a ease out tool (reverse drill bit) and a impact driver to get it out with a little heat from a torch to persuade it once out replace with a new one me i would replace both top and bottom plug bolts

  3. good to see you back up and walking Oldgoat a friend of mine had both knees done first one took 2 months for complete recovery then went for other and it only took about a month for recovery and is now walking running and jumping with no problems clicking is an occasional thing

Welcome to the site these guys on this site are a great bunch of nut cases and comedians that go out of thier way to help another venture rider out and its worth more than quadrupal the price they charge to be a member here so spend the 12 bucks learn alot about your venture and enjoy the great friends you will meet here

  10. Ok its 2 problems 1 I over filled the oil 2i have to add brake fluid to the clutch master and I did a flush on it 2 months ago so now to order a new slave to fix 1 problem and to fix the other well there is no fix for stupid lesson learned

  18. ive got the dredded oil puddle looks like its coming from around the clutch slave cylinder im thinking it may be the slave cylinder is it hard to replace

  20. thats how my valve looks and do you think when your done with your helper if i could borrow him looks like after hes done with yours he will have no problem helping me fix mine i would get my helper son but he is 16 and only interested in girls and video games cant get him to do anything else and i got to bribe him to clean his room:mo money: take out the trash cut the grass:mo money: he just way to expensive :rotf:

  23. that is what i have a 404 4 yrs old mileage unknown but plenty of tread no cracks on the sidewalls replacing at end of season anyway
  24. i would chance it 3000 mi trip lets see its 22 mi to work 22mi home thats 44 round plus another lets just say 100 mi a day it will take me 1 month or less to do that thats 30 days of extended riding season :stirthepot: not i would just replace with an el cheapo tire to finish the season thentrike it and give the tire to some one who may need it one day
