Harrison, there is a better sound clip here: http://www.baronscustom.com/catalog/display/369/index.html Click on the audio speaker and turn your sound up. Hope this helps!

Toro gas powered for the leaves and grass. Use the wife's Weedeater brand electric for the bike on occasion. WARNING: Keep the air from blowers away from your audio speakers!! The force of the air can tear the paper in the speakers and they will be shot!!

EXACTLY. I'm running 3 as well Larry. I ran the hose for future dependability, but I also respect the viewpoints of the other members. To each his own....

Stebel added that as a warranty advisement statement. There is an orifice in the intake near the compressor. You pull in a small bug or some road muck, and the horn will not blow. And Stebel will not warranty. But it is only $45 to replace anyway..

I did that on mine. Use the black plastic adapter that came with the horn and attach a clear piece of plastic tubing to it. I ran mine under the bike about 12" and pointed it to the rear. I think I tied it off to the top of the AIS. That should do it.

If you pick a unit that has touch screen buttons, be sure they are "glove friendly". Some aren't. I know a bunch of Quest users and they love 'em.

You can pick up the wiring connectors at most any auto parts store. Usually come 8-10 in a small package. Not sure what wire size you used, but I used 14 ga. stranded. The blue ones are for 16-14 gauge wire.

Not yet. I did use 90 deg connectors though just to help. The bottom of my horn is about 1/2" from the heat shield that runs along the top of that pipe. I ran it hard today and checked it our when I got back in. No issues.

I'd like to see some pics of those when you get 'em!

Jeff, for me the leveling links help a bunch in low speed cornering and in town traffic. I ride a lot of 2 up, so there is a benefit there as well. I used to have that "rookie" looking wobble when pulling up to a stop. That all went away with the links. Amazing. The links will raise the back end 3/4" or so. To see how it works for you, pull your bike back tire up on a 1x4 and sit on it. Some have concern because of their height. This is a way you can check it. I'm 6' 2" and I didn't notice a change when sitting on the 1x4, but the handling was much better. Hope this helps!

Adding the Leveling Links to the RSV requires no lubrication. You will not be removing the rear wheel either. You might need some assistance to move things a bit when you get the stock rods off, but I did mine alone in about 8 mins. A couple of bolts to loosen, remove and replace. Full instructions come with the kit. Enjoy the ride!

Improving Lines of the Saddlebag Guard Rails

David, yeah, that's a Craftsman lift. I bought it at a Sears factory outlet new for $47.88. I suppose they were getting rid of them. If you go this way, stop by a pro shop and pick up 4 hockey pucks to use with it, otherwise you will lift on the engine. I am also the owner of one of Carbon_Ones lift accessories and you should check those out as well. No more Hockey Pucks!! Great addition to your jack and can come with freestanding legs if you want. Regards, Freebird......UH, I MEAN BOOMER! -

I've heard from a few of you regarding my Tech Article here and here's some additional things to ponder: 1) ALWAYS- Check your setup twice before drilling that hole! It is helpful if you use some small clamps and put the rear of the bars where you think they look right. Then set a bag back on and look at it from the side and rear. 2) There is a factory nut welded in the U channel for the original set up. Be sure your measurements keep you away from this nut and the side of the U channel. ....NOW you can drill your hole!... -

Yeah, that's me. Sorry if anyone lost their lunch over the reflections! -
OK, so me, Carbon_One and some others just bought the compact Nautilus from Stebel and now they are promoting "more chrome" on these new units. The price was around $42. The standard model with less chrome is about $36. So what do you get for the extra $6?? See photos.....what you get are chromed plastic covers for the horn diaphragms on the unit. Not so bad I suppose. Since tthe back side of the horn is not seen, I removed this one from the horn and will keep it as a spare in case I lose the one outboard or scratch it up. $6 for a little extra bling? Yeah, I'll pay that... Enjoy!

Awesome Sir. I made one from a standard angle bracket but I'm not happy with it. SS on the otherhand is the cats meow! Problem is I don't have any! Thanks Larry!

How much for a Carbon One Stebel Horn Mount Bracket??

Got the photos....thanks Larry. She's purdy..... Hey, where did you get that really neat bike stand!! LOL!!!

I didn't see any photos on my end, but I think I have figured it out as well. I run twin Fiamms horns in the front fairing as well. With those and the Stebel hooked up, I should be able to easily grease the pants of anyone coming over on me!

I don't know if it's the loudest, but at 139db it's loud enough for me!! I was playing around with it late last night and bumped the wires on the battery just to hear it. I nearly s**t myself!!
