  1. WOW! TERRIFFIC! Glad to hear your doing so good. Now quit fooling around and get better for Cody! :rotf:
  2. I would second the comments by Shamue "you have to reach into from the back can be a pain sometimes." I have a home made teardrop and it is difficult to get stuff from the front due to the hatch set-up. Maybe you could have the front open and solve that issue on yours. Just an idea. Oh ya It looks pretty cool. Nice work!
  3. Its that old KISS method does it every time. :rotf: Glad ya got it fixed!
  4. Don't hold back. What do you really think, Goose? :rotf:
  5. What are you saying? MY wife is fat? She prefers FLUFFY by the way! :rotf::rotf:
  6. I am guessing in the previous post. ......... or from Bandit. LOL
  7. He has no particular place to go and all the time to get there! Jealous beyond belief!
  8. The only thing with Dennis Kirk they may be a couple of years old according to the date code. Ask Jake Wilson what the date codes are before you buy them. they are probably more recent than Kirk. And no I didn't change out the stems.
  9. Heck that's barely big enough to get the wife in there and still close the lid. :rotf:
  10. Ya! Good luck tomorrow ScooterBob. Get better quick Cody ain't that far away. :dancefool::dancefool:
  11. Rocket said he buried you deeper that that! Living up to???? Never crossed my mind that I had to live UP to you.
  12. Do I dare even say "Now that's a sh**y job" LMFAO
  13. I am with you Jeff1 all-though I do own a cell phone (for making calls). Fascination? More like an obsession. These people need a life if they can't leave these gadgets alone even for a few minutes. It may as well be heroin or crack.
  14. I hear that ain't the time he has been called sneaky and I heard it from the horse's mouth too. LMAO
  15. Don't worry I'll find ya!
  16. Measure twice, cut once! Preperation is 90% of most jobs. I cut a hole in my windshield for a Honda vent and found that if you measure carefully, tape off the areas you want to protect and go SLOOOOW it will come out just fine. Good luck with your project.
  17. OH YA! Thats what I'm talking about. Count me in! Steak on the Bar-B-Q Thats not whining thats purring....like a little kitten. :rotf::banana:
  18. OK !!! OK !!!! I sold the trailer and the wife, the dog, the cat, and the gold fish, and will be riding every where I go from now on. I didn't know you were going to lump me in with the OWL. WOW how do I live that down?:rotf: I am going to go lay down by my bowl now and contemplate why I posted this to begin with. :ignore: What the heck was I thinking? :crying: It's to early to start drinking ?? Isn't it ?????
  19. Ya thanks for keeping that a big secret! :rotf:
  20. How much gas and how many DQ stops? LMAO :rotf:
  21. Sure now you guys are helpfull !!!!! LMFAO OB-1, I may have to take you up on that depending on what the Boss is doing. BuddyRich, I do have a choke that I got from a guy at work but I like the idea of blocking the back wheel too, Thanks! Ya more is better than less too!
  22. You guys were no help except for Monty and Pegasus1300. LOL I am not old !!!!!! Just have some major life experiences? You guys should talk. Your looking backwards in your rearview mirror at 50 all of you. Owl is the real old one! I am only thinking of trailering the bike because the wife says she can't ride all the way to Cody on the back of a bike. so there. She told me that once when I went to Denver and I told her I am really going to miss ya! Thats when the fight started. Note to self..... I may need a girlfriend to ride with. NO DON"T DO THAT!!!!!!! I should know better at my age. Cancel note to self!!!! Bubber
  23. I know this is an odd question to be asking but: Does anyone have pictures of how and where they hooked their straps to the Venture when hauling it on a trailer. :rotf: Yes I know it ain't no stinking Harley. LOL Just kidding guys, I have owned Harleys too. Any way I would like to see, so I can put some I-bolts in the appropriate places on my trailer. Bubber
  24. Actually I wasn't going to WI MD. Too many irons in the fire at this time. I spoke to ScooterBob and told him I was out. I was supposed to bring that swing arm down and see if we could put a grease zerk in there and get it to work.
  25. So Flyinfool did you ever figure out what the price is of one of these fine creations you labored so intently over? I may be interested in one. I figured you may not be making many more by the looks of the time spent. What did you finally do for the heat treat? Bubber
