Yesterday I put the cover back that the wind and snow had blown off and shoveled away some of the 30 cm. (12 inches ) of snow that had the audacity to fall near my beloved ride.

picked up a pair of the Milwaukee Trooper motorcycle boots in May ordered on line and they fit like a glove or boot i guess love the zippered sides, great grip and overall comfort.

Thats the one. I put mine in the stock horn location. Used a relay kit from a local auto parts store. Easy install with a little grinding on my home made bracket. Great horn gets every ones attention when they aren't paying attention

I'd actually buy one of those

so I was fueling up and a guy in a truck looks my ride over and says hey thats a wanna be not a Harley..... I looked over and said its pronounced Yamaha So now I notice after the Harley guys go past they are looking back realizing they just waved to Jap crap...... We are all on two wheels for the same reason and the only thing that matters to me is that you learn how to ride what ever your ride is safely

64 kilometres (39 miles) about 45 minuets one way from my driveway to my parking stall. Pretty much all through the country side on the back roads. Never really have to go through the city..... just fine by me.

My thoughts to the families of the victims and the wounded. A very sad, sad day for all.

For my 07 RSTD with custom paint ( read that as can not be touched up and valued at $6000.00) I pay 389.00 full year full coverage... i do have two other vehicles a 2012 Jeep and an 07 Ranger with the same company, AMA. Overall I pay a little over $2000.00 for all three full coverage with an average of 135 km per day on the bike or the Ranger depending on the season. I have wondered what others pay for their rides....

A similar by-law was passed in Calgary. Just wondering how loud is determined elsewhere. The Calgary by-law is anything over 92 decibel. Similar to photo radar cameras a camera "noise trap" is used and the offender gets the ticket in the mail. I am running RK's as well and have no worries about ever getting a ticket. Visibility is safety. "Loud pipes save lives"..... you can hear those loud bikes long before you see them. Is my bike now safer because it is louder? My opinion is no My bike is safer because I ride safe always.....

repainted my 2007 midnight
arejay replied to arejay's topic in Royal Star and Royal Star Tour Deluxe Tech Talk
http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=30999 I am standing on the shoulders of others who actually did the research and the ground work. I used the pancake filters from DavesMotors. They work great and no problems running the rain. -

Thanks for all the replies. This was a lot of work and I am very pleased with how it came out. I am almost finished.... more chrome.... maybe a new seat. It is too bad that my camera does not show the effects of the deep orange metal flake under the Kandy. A lot of the sparlke is orange and this amazing red blue green shift from the holographic colours. When the bike is out of direct sun it is a deep blood red with this subtle glow from the copper pearl. -

Those air cleaners are a mod from this forum. Several others here have made this modification as well. If you search back you will find hte tread with the par numbers and a lot of pics to help. No re-jetting so far. I have checked the plugs and no colour change so I am not considering jetting. I think the others have found the same thing regarding jetting. -
