I found it surprising that a kid of that age actually knew about an 8-track! How many years ago has it been since those became obsolete? .... 35? Cassette's have pretty much been obsolete for what?... 5 years? ...more? Well, ok, so some still use them and I'll admit, I still have a bunch but I haven't used a cassette for at least 5 years. Frankly, my '87 and my '06 scoots and my '96 Dakota are the only things I have that has a cassette player in them. Ain't got such an animal in my house.

I told my wife... "no clothing" (she loves to buy me clothes). What do I get? ... clothing! socks, shorts, pants, boots, t-shirts, thermal bottoms.... well, she did good coz I needed all of it! But I got no CHROME! My son's left mirror on his Sportster fell off last summer...kinda vibrated loose...a nature of the beast. Since then I rib him about Harleys loosing parts from vibration, etc. I got him a new mirror for Christmas...when he opened it I said "son, I bought you a new Harley but by the time I got home, all the other parts vibrated off and this mirror is all I have left" LOL (now you HD guys... it's only in jest!)

Brian... you may have that beautiful sunshine but we don't have permanent flat spots on our tires! :rasberry: Thump-thump Thump-thump oh yea... nor do we have "snotcicles" LMAO!!

Snowblower??? That's a new word for me! Seriously, here on the "wet" coast, we never get enuf snow to warrant having a snowblower. Correction...we RARELY get enuf snow! That being said, I've never used a snowblower anywhere I've lived because I never felt it was necessary. I have had a number of occasions where I've used a tractor with a plow or a front-end loader.

ha!!... only 23 years? you're lucky! Except for the odd time or 2 while living here on the west coast, I'd say I've shovelled snow every year for the past 55 years!. I'm 62 now so that means I started when I was 7. During the winter in some areas I've lived, shovelling snow is a daily chore and in some cases, 3 times a day ... not to mention all those years I helped shovel snow off the outdoor rinks. Quite frankly, I'd much rather be somewhere where it rarely snows, the weather is warm enuf for riding all year long and I could give all my winter clothes to someone else. Maybe one day... but then again, there's that old saying "be carful what you wish for" LOL (ask me why that saying concerns me LOL)

A panoramic view of our place Christmas morning 2008 (created with 7 individual pics) http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/pp16/SilvrT/ChristmasMorningPanoramic.jpg Now, as soon as I get all that snow shovelled off the driveway, out comes the scoot as we'll be heading out for a wonderful day ride.... (in our dreams!)

The "About Us" page has 2 different sized fonts in the body text. The first paragraph is larger than the rest. Other than that, very clean, loads quick, easy to navigate...good job!

WOW ... a lot of miles for an '07 tho! I was looking at an '05 Silver with 45000 KILOMETERS before I bought my '06. It had a lot of extras...private deal...guy wanted $14000...didn't want to dikker so I turned it down. Glad I did but an '07 for under 10 grand...sure sound like a deal but I'd be wanting one with a lot less miles.
