Does anyone know if the controller when in a pocket is supposed to get warmer than the jacket? I routed the wires up in the jacket from the inside pocket down to the wire outlet zip. this way my controller and wiring is all in the liner. Had to put 2 small holes on the inside edge of the liner to do this. This way I only have to zip my jacket and liner down 6" and reach in to adjust. I just thought the controller was a bit warm. 38F here tonight and took a 1.5 hour ride. Wool long sleve long john top, the liner and a cool first classic textile jacket I just bought.... very toasty. Knees got a lil cold which I hope buddys deflectors will fix. and lil cold on the ears (brain bucket). I'm gona get a half helmet with earflaps for winter. Oh yah....garbing t5 hybrid gloves too. Glad I bought this stuff. Bob

Hey Buddy, I'd like a pair of the knee blockers for my pearl white 06 RSTD. I'm thinking clear, maybe I'll paint them to match. Do you make any other winter deflectors to go anywhere else on the RSTD? Larger or bent lower forks maybe? BTW.... have you made any that go in closer to the tank? How fast can I get them.... I just bought gerbing T5's and hope they are good..... I have 2 idea's for you.....probally only one is a good idea. Well #1 is you can ride with the glove until your thumb is good and cold then wack it off with a meat cleaver. You'll never have to worry bout it being cold again. Someone here has to act like an a$$hole so I'll belly up to the bar ) #2 is buy a new pair....put the defective glove in the new box, and just return them. Some poor sucker like me will end up with the bum glove but you'll be all set. Who ever ends up with the bum glove will post the same story here and the cycle will start all over. Now that this issue is solved I have another..... liner under the jacket, jacket on top of the liner, controller in the outside jacket pocket. Has anyone put a small hole in the jacket pocket to run the wires to the liner? Or is there a better way to do this? The heated stuff is great but the wires a pain in the butt. I really like the look of those pants. Do you wear them over just long johns at those temps or over pants and long johns? i'd like to get a pair but no one in my area has them in stock. I'm looking for a little sizing info. I wear size 33 levi 560's. Was kinda hoping you might be about the same size. What can you tell me. And thanks! Bob
