Feel bad for those that went to the Toronto motorcycle show this past weekend, saw the display, plunked down $$$ then next day company pulls plug..doesnt seem fair to consumer or dealer
with a half helmet..level not more than 15 at highway speeds 100kph....13 around town..not lots of bass usually set at +2..mid +1 treb +4..might do rears this winter..bought ebay was polk.com clearance
my mistake ..par 36 is what it is..ebay has them ..http://www.techspan.ca..at bolts plus ..part numbers 735434 spot or 735435 flood pattern,..also i mounted these on lower crash bar725213....gives lots of lower light
i swapped my bulbs for 4 1/2" led par 32 bulbs from auto supply store..they can be very bright but draw little wattage...any par 32 bulb will fit buckets some with little or no modification
use a garmin zumo 665 and software is harley davidson ride planner..it uses google maps and gpx files..been working for 4 years with just few glitches as google changes licenses
let me know price and dont thinkthe harness is fried as well but never know..can wait for time that works for you if you are ok with that....if you want to remove the harness and do a package that might work..no rush i can wait till it all falls in place
i tried base camp..gave up and now use ride planner harley davidson..it uses google maps..save route then import as gpx file.maybe base camp will let you save as gpx file and then import???
I have hid and led passing lamps..both are wired using kuryakyn 3switch assemnly that sits on front master cylinder..wired with relays for both .been on bike since 2008 with 42000miles of use..3rd switch runs two led spots 2" diameter mounted on front crash bars....cree leds ...only problem i had with hid is a whine when using cb and have to turn squelch up high...but if using cb just switch headlight off and run led's lights
swapped out rsv lower lines for roadstar . i think the fitting was at a better angle. used stock upper and splitter but you can swap to a vmax splitter
take the money and run...i worked 35 years for canada post retired in 06..pension indexed for life...got a 3 day week job delivering bikes for dealer and now due to large US $$ going to auctions and driving back high end cars for auction...lots of part time jobs for old govt guys..we are dependable as compared to young ones...30-40 a year is more than most make working 40+ a week....relax dont get another job..use your hobby skills to enjoy rest of time...its great having govt send money to stay home...retired in 06 at 53 years old.had a daughter in university and a wife that also worked....you got your benifits and health let young guys work forever..my .02$ worth
Brought mustang home and surprised her for her birthday...she loves it.....planning first trip on may (its off road till then)...going back to tennessee to drive all the roads we have ridden on the bike...hope top down is as much fun as two wheels ....but it wont!
good info re 3.8 ..will change thermostat and coolant this spring before better half starts driving it..a little PM is always good....have to do the 08 venture this winter coolant change
thanks to all replies..looked at more this past week and bought an 03 with 156000 kms...blue with tan leather loaded.safetied..new brakes tires tie rods bushings etc..nice clean car...hope my wife will be happy
