    Hey, Glad you guys made it home. Must have been a fantastic trip!! Wow, Kinda makes me wish my parents rode bike. What memories!! Sorry Rick but leveling links may not help, Marylin is a very solid rider. Maybe it's because we are well "rounded" fellas? Anyway, say hi to the Marylin and the kids.     It was great meeting you and lilbit. You are very welcome, did the tires work ok after? My right helmet speaker garbled about 4 hours after and Terry's mike connection broke 2 days before we got home. We had passed all the big towns by then so it wasn't too bad. Cycle gadgets are supposed to be mailing me replacements. Look forward to meeting up with you in the future. Take care, Tom

    Sounds like both of you had a great trip. It was good to see you again at the Hub. I had to get back to work and missed Vogel but it sounds like that was a blast too. Yes, the people that put these events on should take a bow, it must take a lot of organizing and time. Take care, Tom

    Terry and I made it home from the rally today. We left the rally and headed for the Colorado Rockies but a bad cross wind in Oklahoma blew us to the black hills instead. We rode around the Black hills a bit and got in to Winnipeg today. Just came from visiting the grandson. Newborns can grow a lot in 2 1/2 weeks. I very much want to thank all who made the international rally such a successful event. We had a great time. Take care, Tom:canada:

    Shoot me for getting it. My right speaker in my helmet has been no good since I bought it and today,Terry's mike has stopped working. It may not be a great buy.     We are still figuring out the GPS. And we are still taking wrong turns and detours, just not as much as before. Will see you at the Hub guys. I anyone heading from Springfield around noon. If anyone would like company, let us know. We are staying at the Best Westren off 44 and need to do some shopping. Rick. I can pick up a bottle for you. What are your prreferences?     Totally cool!! As to where to drill the holes, I think he had them marked. The way he held the carrot, you can't see the marks. There is some basic math as to where to space the holes. I used to make flutes, recorders, pan pipes etc. with pvc piping for my kids when they were young. Actually, I made it mostly for myself... Lots of fun.

    I have an airhawk. It works great for me. I add just enough of air so I am basically sitting on a cushion of air.

    Sorry to hear you had water in the basement. I went through that a few years ago and it ain't no fun! Hope it was a easy cleanup.\ Temperature/snow is the same here. OH Well! Just a few more months to go. You southern guys don't realize how lucky you have it! Take care, Tom

    Question? I just got a 256T for Xmas but it isn't waterproof. I thought that it should be waterproof? I was going to wait and get the 550 in the future. My daughter is taking it back. Is this that big a problem, should I tell my daughter to not return it? Thanks, Tom
