I changed the antifreeze in bike having problems getting the antifreeze to go back into system and running the bike temp goes up to 250 and fan does not come on . I would appricaite any help that I can get from you smart people . Can someone tell me where relay is located thank you Barry:

Yes it is still Iggy that runs the place but his son is around there to . You might as well talk to the wall when going in there Iggy forgets everything you want and he has to order everything in . I finally got the bike 99% back together today I have to figure out how to get into where the fuel filter is and change it . But it will be done this week

When I ordered the plugs at the yamaha dealership Which I had to give them the parts # they said they never seen them or heard of them . I hate going to them . But I needed the plugs . Barry

Thank you Steve and Don for your answers . That is going to be my job first thing in morning and then change anti-freeze and then finish putting bike back together than it is riding time .

Hi just a quick question about 2ND gen . the coolant plugs on the side of the block how hard are they to change . I have 2 leaking . I know how to take out but is there a trick to put them back in . this is going to be my tomorrow job . then finish putting everything back together then bike is ready to go .

All you need to make sure is you got spark for spark plug and compression in you cylinder and gas going to that cylinder . which ever is missing will lead you in right path . Barry

Are you ok TV's can be replaced

I not 100 % sure but i would think that any vehicle with separate turning light from brake light need to have that 5 to4 converter . unless you wire your trailer the same way . Barry:scratchchin:

Hi Guys I have a 2004 midnight Venture and as I was working on it today I notice a anti freeze leak on the left side front block behind where the fins are bolted on, it is a rubber plug that goes into block that looked like it should have a bolt in it but it don't . there is one of the same on right side to but not leaking . Has anyone seen this before ,your advice is much appreciated . and I also notice that my carb's on left side are all wet .

Most times when anti-freeze gets into a transmission the o-ring get all mushy and start to leak by . hate to tell you that you will probably have to rebuild it . Should look into a external cooler for future . Barry
