  1. These are common lights. I think this link will direct you to the lights/lens: http://www.aftermarketcyclepartsnation.com/Drag-Specialties-RECTANGULAR-TWIN-MARKER-LIGHTS-detail.htm?productId=7724779&catalogId=&searchProducts=2040-0299
  2. It's an $189.00 option alongside the trailer hitch option and the 12-volt cigarette lighter.
  3. Do these replace the nut on the end of the bolt ?
  4. The Flying Hovercraft. This is the hovercraft that glides over land and water yet also soars in the air up to 70 mph with the aid of integrated wings. A 130-hp twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled gasoline engine -- turbocharged and fuel-injected -- drives its 60" wood/carbon composite thrust propeller while a 1,100-rpm 34" lift fan inflates its durable vinyl-coated nylon skirt for hovering above the ground. Operating in fresh- or saltwater and up to 30% inclines over sand, mud, grass, swamp, desert, ice, and snow, its wings and horizontal elevator enable pilots to simply hop over water- or land-based obstacles up to 20'-high unsurmountable to a typical hovercraft. A joystick controls three vertical rudders and the elevator, a twist friction-lock throttle controls forward speed, and a variable drive system controls the lift fan for hovering. Braking is provided by lowering the lift fan's rpms; comes to rest on Kevlar composite landing skids. Its low center of gravity and composite fiberglass/PVC hull enable it to operate in winds up to 25 mph and waves up to 6' when in flight. Two nine-gallon gasoline tanks provide a 160-mile range. Supports pilot/passenger payloads up to 600 lbs. for flight. Requires registration as a boat. Special conditions and guarantee limitations apply. Please call 1-800-227-3528 for details. 19' L x 7'8" W x 6'6". (1,100 lbs.) http://www.hammacher.com/Product/Default.aspx?sku=11933 Price: $190,000
  5. Well actually by the time I was done unloading them I smelled more like a sweaty grease pile, but thanks anyways .
  6. Yea..both bikes only have the left side chrome. Too bad one didn't have a right side one.
  7. superhypatubanatorrelay Yepper..you sure can...
  8. Yepper ..that is what they are. Your link listing was removed but I saw some other ones. Thanks. Have never seen these types before, just the ones that screw onto the end of the bars. Do they really have a benefit ? Do all the bikes come with them or are they an after market type item ? I have not checked either of my bikes to see if they have them. Found these on Ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/86-XVZ1300-XVZ-1300-13-Venture-handle-bar-end-weights-/220842536501?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item336b3dae35&vxp=mtr http://www.ebay.com/itm/83-XVZ1200-XVZ-1200-Venture-handle-bar-handlebar-weight-/220823712007?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item336a1e7107&vxp=mtr
  9. If we are counting numbers... i would say I am only 2 behind you and closing fast ..:rotf:I might try to pick up that last carcass if I can find it in the junk yard. I know i need to get a chrome radiator frame off of it for another member..
  10. Well....not going to try to make one out of two. Figured it was worth having the parts available for others. Just be nice having the right screws, bolts etc available. All the rotors on the brunette bike seem pretty good. The blonde one's has some grooves. The rear tire on one is really nice, but I need to check the age from the code to see how old it is. Both have coils, but no TCI. Both forks appear to be in good condition, not leaking or anything. I'll take my camera next time and take a bunch of pictures of each one in case anybody sees something they need. Just glad that they aren't just rotting in the junk yard and might keep others on the road.
  11. I found these in the rear case of one of the carcases that I bought yesterday. There are two of them, each one is very heavy for it's size. They have a rubber cap/stop on each end and two o-rings in the middle. Anybody have any idea what they are ?
  12. So I finally was able to connect with the owner of the bike junkyard and finalize the deal for the 2 MK1 carcasses he had rotting away in his yard. Got a big surprise though.. I had been wanting to buy the blonde and a frame that had the motor and rear drive train but not much more. When the owner directed an employee to help me " load the two Ventures" we walked out to the yard. I went looking for the frame as they had cleaned up and moved things around. The employee pointed to the gold one and said that one and this one... I was still looking ion the other direction for the frame. When I said " they moved it ... I can't find it.." He said "it's right there..." He was pointing to a different Venture with a lot more parts on it. I hadn't seen that one before. He said " that's the two the boss said to load" . So, I got both. A better deal than what I thought I had. The first picture is the frame I thought I was getting... the purple bike is what I got. Here are the pictures:
  13. Found a picture of the first Generation Voyager..just thought I would pass it on....
  14. Do these replace the existing nut that is in there ? I am presuming so, but want to verify.
  15. Take off side plastic and 4 carb side screws just have to be careful not to.rip them when changing.
  16. I just bought set of 4 diaphragms for my 87 for 86.00. When I change out my old ones ...if any of then.are good...I can send one to.you. Bill
  17. Looks photo shopped to me . The trailer doesn't look like its moving. Nothing flapping in the wind . Trailer torres look like they.are not moving. Just my thoughts.
  18. My personal experience is that the original bearings are cra replace them with better bearings . Nothing to do.with the sway ...but won't leave you stranded like they did.me .
  19. Good luck...make us proud !
