  1. After a year of use, believe I'm addicted to my machine. Don't feel so good when I nap without it.
  2. Don, Yes, it is a good idea to have it checked. I broke a vertebrae one time and did not know it, except for some back pain. Found out later, after it healed. I was lucky. The back of the head is very delicate. Roller skated recently on ship, and I fell once. Gave me some sore ribs. They made everyone wear protective equipment, and there were no walls. When I fell, I heard my helmet hit the floor. Thank goodness I had it. I'm 72.
  3. Appreciate your concerns, been there. Been using PAP machines for almost a year, started with CPAP and then BIPAP. BIPAP is more natural, high pressure inhale and lower exhale. Have taken machines on cruises to Greece, NE/Canada and Caribbean. Cruise lines provide distilled water. Took machine to motorcycle rally in Alabama and was surprised to find out how many others use them. Used different masks and sizes before I found the right combination. Full face mask with memory foam cushion works best for me. My events per hour are in the lower single digits. Find breathing gets easier with time. Try to sleep at least 7 hours per night and make only one or two bathroom trips per night. This gives me ResMed scores of 100 or 99 on the ResMed Web site. 4. Congrats, Dave!
  5. Saw this posting today, and it made me think of detailing on Bongo's trike.
  6. Stock pump is made by Mitsubishi.
  7. Sorry Don, they may have a similar look, but the technology difference is astounding.
  8. Wow! Much thought went into design of that new engine. Looks like a winner! Thanks Puc!

  11. Whoever buys this trike, please be careful driving it if you never drove a trike before. Trike will fight you in curves, even with E-Z Steer. Get some experience before you open it up. Good luck!
  12. Great deal for $11,500. Bob had over $30,000 invested in this trike. Little paint at body shop, and Sexy 2 Timer is gone.

  14. Great news! Best wishes for all your plans!
  15. Yes, but don't always get response from some HD riders. Waved to motocross riders one day, and one of them stood up on his pegs and gave a big over the head salute.
  16. Not sure if this URL will work. https://www.smartcycleguide.com/motorcycles-for-sale?k=hannigan+yamaha+venture+trike&page=1&per-page=15
  17. Have you changed the fuel filter lately?
  18. Hi Jay, I'm on vacation in NH for a couple more weeks. I triked up here. Would be interested in seeing photos of Larry's design. Not sure I'm going to change anything, but would be interested in knowing what's out there. Sounds like Larry did some fine work. Thanks!
  19. More than one Hannigan owner has told me they gets leaks on the floor if they fill the auxiliary tank. Bet everyone has leak at the same spot. This band clamp is right below the fill cap. The band clamp below it is tight, so hose is not going anywhere. Yes, only putting 4 gallons avoids spills, but it doesn't get rid of smell or evaporation. Afraid if I tighten clamp then I will get tank damage or impact fuel transfer to main tank. Need to talk with Hannigan, but I'm ready to go on a trip and don't want to do this right now. Set clamp back the way it's been for 10 years. The more folks I hear from the more I'm convinced Hannigan did this on purpose.
  20. Going to loosen up the top band clamp. Believe Hannigan meant it to be a pressure release valve.
  21. Looking for some help understanding the venting of the auxiliary fuel tank on a Hannigan conversion. If I fill the auxiliary fuel tank on a hot day, gas expands and spills near right, rear wheel. Noticed today that filler pipe attaches to neck of tank with a radiator type hose. Upper band clamp was hand tight, and this is where fuel leaks. Bottom band clamp is very tight. Tightened the upper clamp today to stop the leaks, but now concerned about where fuel will expand since I removed this outlet. Is there some other venting. Does anyone know? Thanks!
  22. Scary! Please be careful.
