36, and feel 66.... Probably from all the MX and flat-track. Love the venture though, its a little tough landing the triple on it, but with enough practice I think i will finally get it All kidding aside, Had a softail(now thats a misnomer) springer for about 10 years, Loved the bike and look, just not long distance, and forget the wife getting on it. Have worked at a few different bike dealerships back in my late teens and early 20's, have always been pretty partial to Yamaha's. :backinmyday::backinmyday::backinmyday::backinmyday::backinmyday::backinmyday::backinmyday::backinmyday::backinmyday:

2nd Gen Handle Bar ?

Non-committal of course! What price point would this be for a 2nd Gen? Thanks! -
Had the Metzler on mine, came with it when I bought the bike. Do not know how many miles, but tread was getting thin, so ordered Avons. Pulled the Metzlers off, and noticed a pretty good split in the tread:shock3:. Tires were date from the end of 2006, so maybe the age had some effect. But let me tell you, these Avons are awesome. I am riding on rails. The turning effort at slow speeds are way less, and at highway speeds its like butter! Needless to say I am happier than a monkey on a cupcake, its a totally different bike. Hoping the mileage on the Avons are great as the ride.

Shadetreepowersports total is $291.98 free shipping, then get a $40.00 mail in rebate until May 15th. So total after mail-in rebate is $251.98 . This would be the cheapest I have seen so far. Probably going to order these while the gettin is good... What mileage ya'll seeing out of these Avon Venoms on a 2nd Gen? Sure wished there was a high mileage White Wall tire!

It most assuredly is a "watsat" tube. Meaning: I wonder watsat tube is for? Sorry couldn't resist.

Women always say that giving birth is way more painful than a chap getting kicked in the testicles. Here is proof that they are wrong: A year or so after giving birth a woman will often say, "It would be nice to have another kid". You never hear a man say, "I would like another kick in the nuts". Case closed.

I would say full size as that would lead me to believe you would need to ride to the location, instead of pulling the bike out and the RC model in the yard and snapping a picture.

Cool, completed my first scavenger find! Ok next target, keeping in mind I did not read all 100 some pages to see if this one has been done: You, Your Bike and some form of aviation machine (Airplane, helicopter, jetpack) Rod

If this is still up for Tuesday, I have a day off scheduled, and seriously need some two wheeled therapy.

Steamer, My heart breaks for you, I lost a brother 5 months ago.. Will be praying for you and his immediate family... Rod -
No cassette!? That there is a deal breaker! Maybe you could get an aftermarket one installed. Or strap a boombox to the rear seat for all the cassette tunes! Interested to hear how the extended test ride goes for you, and if your wallet comes back ALOT lighter.....

Unfortunately for me the dent on top of my tank is still there.. Tried like 4 cans of the compressed air turning upside down and freezing the dent after I had heated it up with a heat gun.. $20 spent and nothing happened.... wait, I do believe that it caused condensation to form on the inside of the tank and made the bike run like poo until i did a seafoam treatment (another $9) and a full tank of gas. I too think the steal may be to thick for this method.. Thought about buying one of those Dent King devices and trying.. May just leave the dent, gives it character! LOL:confused24:
