hi kbay & janet congrats on the 25 years. glade you guys are surrounded by your loved ones. sarah had pestered her mom back in november to let her have one of her gifts early. she picked gituar hero, she been wanting one ever sense the '08 international rally. when she got to play it with bradt and ronda's kids. i have to work christmass day swing shift and my regular nite shift. best reguards don c.

hi bill & linda i don't look at it as you failed the kids. you have been doing this for years. kay jewelers has been doing a lot of tv adverising here in houston, but i never seen anything about buy a bear and they would send it to st. jude's. it's a shame that they want you to buy something else ( plus buying a bear ) in order for them to send the bear to st.jude's. shame on them i will now not ever set my foot inside their store/s. I FEEL A TEDDY BEAR RUN COMING UP. any one game? i'am willing to buy some teddy bears and make the trip to st. jude's. but i will not have any more vacation/ floating holidays off till january 1. but i am ready to do this. i can possible put 50 or more teddy bears in my trailer to pull behind the scoot. and if need be i'll drive my pickup i have a shell covering the bed. how many bears do we need? sorry brad & lonna will have to miss the michigan m&e if we can put this together. let me know bill. best reguards don c.

hi ron my 13 yo daughter was looking forward to having her passport stamped at the border. but they told us we didn't need it this year. now you may not need it to go across the border but most likey will need it to come back to the U.S.A. just my don c.

hi all i was bleased today to spend some time with some of god's little angles today. but a big thanks goes out to kybay & janet, txventure & linda, ponch & kathy. also jburell & lynn. for with out their help and support we could not have pulled this off. also to brad & lonna who we meet last year about this time, with a surprise M & E for squidly. from this first meeting we have become friends and have rode a few miles together, and will ride more. but this is what ventureriders is all about helping each other. it's not only the houston bunch but members all over texas and the u.s., north of the border, and around the world. i found this out this summer at the '08 international rally in kitchener. my wish for christmass is that god gives you the peace and strength to handle what ever trials he has sent your way. love to all and your loved ones to come home safe and sound. hope see you next year some where best reguards don c.

i was told to be careful for the first 50-100 miles specially taking or turning into turns until you scrub off that coating. don c.

hay pudycat check out the marshell mod in the teck section. i replaced both atenna's with the black firefly's. really like them. may i ask one thing is the cb still installed in the "black box" under the trunk? best reguards don c.

hi john i got lucky and bought a set of the kurakyn ewitchblad pegs from pinwalls cycle parts for 30.00 for the pair. i really like them on my '99 rsv. wish i had had them on the scoot when i drove up to kitchner for the '08 int. rally. best reguards don c.

hi brad i have waited for a short time to say anything. i'am sad about the fact you are going to sell the bike. but as we all know a person got to do what is best for them. i hope all goes well and you won't have to sell the bike. it seems like just yesterday when i meet you and lonna. with ya'lls visit and the surprise meet & greet, i am bleesed to have become involved in this great site and to have become friends with so many venture riders, on both sides of the border. i have always said a man/ woman is lucky to be abile to count his/hers ture friends on the fingures on both hands. but you and lonna have 100's of friends and i am humbled and proud to feel i am one of them. you are rich beyond you wildrest dreams. best rerguards don c.

they had 3 bikes at the int. m/c show here in houston. the sticker had a base price at 17,900 +. i sat on the blue one, did not realy look over the bike that well. but did notice the trunk looks like a h d unit or a close copy. but that faring with those lights o i might be in love. but realy need to ride one around the block a few times. don c.

hi ka my 99 rsv is set up like yours except i don't have the fog lights. my driving/passing lights are turned on by switch on the inner faring. the mech at the mom & pop m/c shop were i bought the schoot. he installed the driving lights, had told me the driving lights are suppose to turn off when the high beams come on ( they don't ). i use to keep the driving lights on all the time. but when i go in for the annual inspection i just leave them turned off. the state inspector never ask about them. i would just take the schoot back to the dealer for the inspection or find another inspection staton. best reguards don c.
