  3. Nice.
  4. I had to google Roadcrafter And I have been ridding 43 yrs.
  5. I think about staying out of the center of the lane. Everything that drips or falls off can stay right there in there center. Oil, muffler parts ,recaps and dead things. A couple of weeks ago going to P.I.P . during a down pour I just missed a giant racoon dead in the road didn't' see it and shouldn't have ridding in that hard of rain . If I can see through their wind shield I don't mind following behind but always a ways back.
  6. Knee Mail on the way. Thanks for keeping this Venture family up to date with your situation because we care about each other here. All the best ,Bill & Crew

  8. I'm not a NASCAR fan ,total time watching it this year 0 but Tony was the driver I liked the most. I admire guys no mater what they do that are driven to be the best and love doing it . This guy would go to these small venues and race because he likes to race anything, anywhere. Did he intentionally hit Kevin Ward ? I hope not. A lot of things went wrong that night and only tony Stewart knows for sure and he has to live with that.
  9. :) (needed three characters 0

  18. Before we knew better my friend wanted to cut a "BIG" oak down but didn't want it to hit the fence tied a cable to the tree I cut through enough to start it moving Said "GO!" he let the clutch out killed the motor but not before he got it moving and then backwards it snapped and lifted the truck right off the ground in a heart beat. No damage or injury but an eye opener . Leave about 8' of tree trunk up dig/grub around roots and use that as a lever and they come right out .It's hard to just pull or winch low stumps out .
  19. It's hard to tell the first gen Ventures from the SR-71 Blackbird, I see they have the 71 fenced in to keep it there .
  20. I to look at all the 2001 or newer wings on Craig's .I'm looking at the 2003 models and figure in two years when I can retire they will still be around and the price will reflect the older bike. Anyone that hasn't rode the 1800 give them a shot.Incredible power and they stop just as well. Lower center of G and they corner as well as any cruiser I have ever ridden (and that is very limited) The price around here is 10,500 +- 30,000miles or so I know they will still be around with low miles but right now I have to do the adult thing and wait.Don't like being a grown up but my youngest starts collage this fall . In the mean time I have a really nice 85 royal that I just love. Enjoy that new wing. Bill
