  2. also try and find a bit that cuts in a left turn twist. I had a mechanic friend who had some of these, he started to drill the bolt and it ended up backing out.

  7. just imagine you are driving along all fat and happy and miss a turn, all the grumbling and complaining behind U... makes the happy moment go away real fast kind of like being locked in a room with all those ex's folks got real tired of hearing
  8. rebuild the bottle jack, you can drain the fluid and put in new fluid , bars oil makes jack oil that stopps leaks.

  15. Totally bogus, and I have been invited to ride with those Harley guys, the leathernecks ( and I am ARMY proud ) , a local Honda group. . . and I agree your patches are a roadmap of who you are. It's about camaraderie and sharing a common interest, as long as the group rides for a good purpose and they are not a bunch of idiots, I'll ride with them. If they are evil or don't want I will ride on on my own . . .
  16. all I C is red X's
  17. I just like a dark roast, the lady I buy my beans from says that I am a coffee snob. I grind my own just before using and only what I am using that for that big cup , put in a french press ( no filter ) and add water that was boiling in a teapot to rest for about two minutes, then pour in the press and stir. Let sit 3 minutes then press and pour ( coffee grinds will get bitter if you let them rest ) not bit bitter. There as many opinions on coffee as there are on oil, no right or wrong just different . . .
  18. I want some spiked tires, if the garage roof has frost on it the bike stays in it
  19. Happy BD
  20. I have run marine stabol in everything , mostly watercraft but also in my bike and mower and I have never had an issue, still riding strong

  23. I just went to the scrap yard, they also sell new steel, found a piece of 2" square tubing and it is thicker walled because I wanted to weld on it, went about 20" longer than stock. For the cost of one solid piece I would not even try to piece something together. They did have steel in stock the same size as the original size but most of my trailers use 2" so. . . I unbolted the stock piece, and used it as a template, drilled the new and it bolted right on. I did change the coupler for one designed for 2" tubing. After welding on the cooler rack and painting the new tongue and Undrilled the rivets holding the VIN plate and riveted it on the new tongue. The length may not be required but it pulls very nice with it. Worst thing when pulling a trailer is a tail heavy trailer will wag. The faster you go the worse it will get. The cooler rack helps offset this but it is also something to be mindfull of when loading, keep the tongue at about 20#. Pulling this you will forget it is even there and thats another reminder to swing wider just like pulling any other trailer.
