Don't talk to the clerk, call a postal inspector. Just for ships n giggles tell them you have a post office box and a box came with someonelses name on it, you want to keep it and you want to know what your rights are. Wait for their responce and continue the conversation. Lets just say you were walking along and your wallet falls out of your pocket. You know who picked it up and they won't return it. Eddie, I would suggest you go to the post office and speak to a postal inspector. I beleive it is illegal to open mail that is not addressed to you, if the PO holder opened the item and it had your name and a mis-addressed it is a crime. I know you only want it back and maybe they can help you work it out. If the item has not been delivered you can pay a fee to reroute it https://www.usps.com/manage/intercept-package.htm? good luck

I would say you need a setup like a boat where you need an isolator that charges the primary battery until full then sends the charge to the aux battery. If the aux is dead you can still start and run as normal. The second battery would have to be capable of taking the discharges -
