  1. I think a good once over and being assured that pm's are up to date then ride it to the international
  2. Don't care that his insurance has this as a writer, http://web.law.und.edu/LawReview/issues/web_assets/pdf/87/87-2/87ndlr233.pdf 1:) Does your state recognize this as a defense, if not it can not be raised. 2:) The driver must prove that such a condition existed, if they have had previous seizures and claim a seizure the defense won't work because it was foreseeable, insurance back on the hook. Ask your agent to provide you with the documents that prove the condition, the medical records from the ambulance . . . see if he blinks, can't tell you you can't have it they must prove it to claim it so you are entitled to it. 3:) If their car insurance doesn't cover it, do they have homeowners insurance?? They might be next on the hook. 4:) They are still liable to make you whole, no other way around it. I would not get a lawyer until you absolutely need it. You don't want them to get the 1/3 cost of repair and be on the hook for that if you don't need to.
  3. If that fails, duct tape it shut
  4. When I started my job on the police dept I drove a 1950 Studebaker Champion. I decided it was time for a new car so I went to a Toyota dealership. I wanted a Celica and I had been pre approved by my credit union, fresh out of the service and I had no bills. I went to the Toyota dealership and was looking at the Celica and the salesman had me step back and wiped my fingerprints from the car and asked me not to touch it. After an hour in the dealership I got nowhere and was very mad, I went across the street where a Subaru dealer had opened up and the salesman was very accommodating. I drove and then bought a Subaru and drove through the lot of the Toyota dealership to "wave". The car was totally awesome, my dad bought it from me and he had it turn over 300,000. miles before my sister was in an accident and it was totaled. I was just talking to my dad about that car the other day as one of the best, behind the Studebaker, that was just an awesome machine.
  5. anyone running breaks?? I just bought some take off electrical breaks that the po said he took off of a bunkhouse camper. What controller are you using on the bike to adjust them??

  10. another thought is to get a piece that will slide over your tongue and pin it in place, when you want to park in the garage you could slide the hitch back in to make it shorter.
  11. Whine, yes in certain ranges Rattle, nope. . . try going around and check for loosened allen bolts . . . An inchpound torque wrench with metric allens is an awesome investment. Check all fluid levels, not a bad time to perform your pm's
  12. Just saw this in a restaurant, cut in half and mounted to a board with a plaque as an award. . . Looked pretty awesome
  13. I replaced the entire thing with 2" sq tubing and replaced with a coupler manufactured for the 2". But you can also find the same dimension tubing but i found it was more $
  14. My first gen and my new bike always fired right up, with the choke on, for about 30-60 sec run time and then ride on.
  15. I just gotta ask, what kind of arm rest oil are you going to use on them??
  16. Happy bd
  17. Nothing you can't assemble in a parking lot in short order and pull home, I would repack bearings during assembly to only do it once. Bring a short scrap of garden hose or buy a short piece at a hardware store for the back springs, put some hf leds on the tail and caa it a day. Once at home you can tackle the tongue and cooler rack mod
  18. I do pandora from my phone plugged into cassette player jack. The plus is it's free, I can take it with me and still use the gps function on the phone . . .
  19. thats the fun part
  20. That's awesome, congrats
  21. Don't forget you have a 600 mile checkup and if I remember it was oil, adjustments . . . and that was another $200 or so dollars. I bought a new one in 2011 and it is nice knowing that you are the only registered owner, breakin. Mine has 2 miles on it. Make sure you get your isimple/ipod with it and a good walk around

  23. that router specs are 300mbps, try unplugging everything except your computer, turn the wifi off and restart it and test again. If it doesn't improve you should check your settings and check for a firmware update. if that doesn't fix it and you know you have good cables try to reset it to factory specs to see if that fix's it.
  24. If you are paying cash you can negotiate about 17000.00 plus tax and title I would say. If you are adding safety chrome that will raise the price.
