im sure it's full of coorosion from battery leakage. Try dropping it in some white white vinegar over night.

you checked both fuses? the one behind left side side cover marked "10 amp backup " will cause this and has been known to blow from trying to crank it with a battery tender attached.

clean up and use some hi temp slat clack engine paint

two fuzes for radio, one on the left side by main fuze marked 10A backup ( that one will give you a dead controller) other is right side in lowers.
