  1. what about the cassette deck jack??
  2. Please put my name on the list also
  3. It looks like ( in your picture) your dishwasher hose is running low, it should cross high above or near the top if the cabinet, this prevents backflow from the sink to the dishwasher.
  4. My first question is, is regarding the drain line from your dishwasher to the sink. Does that line run from the dishwasher, high in the cabinet, to the garbage disposal?? If it does not when your disposal has debris in it it will feed water back to your dish washer and leak. That line needs to run as high as possible in the cabinet. If that's not it chase your leak while leaking. Use warm water and have someone above running it. Go to the last point to look and follow the leak, it can run along for some distance before hitting something like a sliver, nail ... that breaks the surface tension of the water.
  5. A whole new meaning to hold my beer and watch this, not as exciting
  6. Thats everywhere in Illinois EXCEPT in the City of Chicago, the under 2,000,000 people rule. Gotta stay put or make your right turn. Trivia question ( Illinois riders) When can you make a left turn on red?
  7. Illinois: 3.5. In municipalities with less than 2,000,000 inhabitants, after stopping as required by paragraph 1 or 2 of this subsection, the driver of a motorcycle or bicycle, facing a steady red signal which fails to change to a green signal within a reasonable period of time because of a signal malfunction or because the signal has failed to detect the arrival of the motorcycle or bicycle due to the vehicle's size or weight, shall have the right to proceed, after yielding the right of way to oncoming traffic facing a green signal, subject to the rules applicable after making a stop at a stop sign as required by Section 11-1204 of this Code. http://www.ilga.gov/legislation/publicacts/fulltext.asp?Name=097-0627 This is intended for the intersection where you stop and no other traffic is present, I know common sense. When you stop at a red light you want your bike directly over the cuts ( over the sensor) , they are cut for cars in a square , if you stop in the middle it probably won't detect you. The loop detects the electrical pulses and it throws the switch to the timer for the lights.
  8. Total SWEETNESS
  9. Got to love this Rome 1953 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzyGZoFIGvs]Rome Police Hold Anniversary-1953 - YouTube[/ame]
  10. Stereo on the right and it is the antenna with no tuning tip on it. The one with the tuning tip is the cb antenna and if they were switched your reception would be terrible. My dealer set these up backwards.
  11. side to side at speed = tail heavy. Put some weight at the front and it should fix that
  12. ok that would b cool if it was voice activated, spring loaded and held spare mags
  13. I just saw a show where they circulate the gas through the fuel rail and back to the tank for a race vehicle. The claim here was the pump always pumps at the same pressure and is cooler (?? im not sure if they were talking about the fuel or tank) next explaination was that when you open the throddle all the way you don't have a sudden loss of pressure waiting for a pump to catch up. They were running a drag car with a small fuel cell instead of a tank. It looked to me like a lot of extra valves and hoses to go wrong.
  14. But does it make a first gen look like a second gen??
  15. Insulation works much better with adequate insulation. I vented my eaves and have several roof vents with a power vent that has a thermostat and humidistat. Every winter morning when you see frost on your windshield, their will be some frost or humidity that will collect on the bottom of the sheeting in your attic. Venting it allows the insulation to stay dry. Insulation needs to be dry to work and keep mold and rot out of your attic. Shingles, I don't care what type, need to be free of dirt and debris to promote longer life. Dirt in winter will collect moisture , freeze and thaw and damage shingles just like a pothole in a road. I have even seen nails pop up from frosting, any exposed nails should have asphalt, caulk or other sealer to keep from popping. Your roof, gutters, siding... like your bike needs some maintenance for maximum longevity and appearance.
  16. well done, this is also a good time to work some grass seed in and it will come up in the spring without a lot of watering or attention.
  17. I would lightly (very lightly) power wash every other year, let dry and spray with a sealer. The moss and organic material will hold moisture and that will cause you problems. Had these on my last house and occasionally replaced a few, they work well as long as you are not in a fire prone area.
  18. OK Now we have another word for seafoam, "spume". Who has ever spumed their carbs???
  19. Most good contractors or lumber yard managers would work this out. Who actually ordered and is paying for the delivery??? They should be talking to the delivery manager and working on the solution. If your contractor has a good relation with the lumber yard manager and is a regular customer he will have some leverage here. Talk to the contractor on a how are we going to address this with the delivery guy and see what his feelings are on this. I would be cautious on getting anyone excited that may not be at fault, and the repair should be done when the job is completed.
  20. I used to replace the battery in my boats, jet skis and bike about every three years. My marine mechanic swears by the tenders and I put tenders on my boats and jet skis. Those batteries are six or seven years old now. The tenders pay for themselves.
  21. Never had a flicker, I have left it on for several days while attached to the isimple with no problem. I typically remove the ipod and take it in the house to sync / charge it. Are you leaving the ipod on and in the bike??? wonder if you have your ipod set up looking for wifi connection or something. If you go through the settings and turn off wifi and bluetooth... if all you are using it for is an mp3 player.
  22. just grabbed 1 , 2 left
