Tires have a date code, if someone had takeoffs that are stored in a garage for a few years , they have been exposed to ozone, heat and other fumes . . . and are in fact four year old tires even though they look new. In my opinion tires are no place to skimp. You can find newly manufactured alternatives that are less expensive but I would spend a few extra bucks and buy new tires that are newly manufactured.

It could be pushing power but not enough amps. Do you have relay's on it??Are the female pins on the bulb side tight??, I would look at the ground as suspect if neither high or low were working.

Law of unintended consequences. We had a group of environmentalists fight the new landfill as the old one was full and capped. They stopped it and now there is a ton of Illegal dumping and everyone in the country just bury their trash so it is unregulated. Burning of trash has caused some wildland fires and a few deaths. . . Sometimes you think you have stopped an issue and the end result is you actually made it worse. Now the trash is hauled to Indiana and it's not cheep and every municipality has raised costs 500% and everyone is cutting employees so no oversight. Now the kicker, our ground water and river water comes from Indiana. . .

I have a 30x40 garage with 9'walls, poured a rat wall and the floor drops 1" every 10' ( our code won't allow a floor drain in a garage and I also live in a flood plain. Best thing I did was to put storage trusses in so my storage is 16x40 ontop

the burn time on osb is about 14 minutes provided that it is fire coated (very expensive) and the surface has tight wool insulation on the wall cavities and coated with another expensive paint. Otherwise your burn time is about 3 minutes of open flame. (joints must be blocked when panels are installed horizontally) = lots of extra 14" blocks. A sheet flame resistant 7/16 osb at Menards is $33.69 each burn time on drywall is 30 minutes and as a reminder, fire doubles in size every minute

Ok for the fishing string, what pound test and type did ya use?? I'm about to strip some reels out and was just wondering cuz I use 3# test for pans up to 50# for cats.

Sick Leave I urgently needed a few days off work, but, I knew the Boss would not allow me to take a leave. I thought that maybe if I acted 'Crazy' then he would tell me to take a few days off. So I hung upside-down on the ceiling and made funny noises. My co-worker (who's blonde) asked me what I was doing. I told her that I was pretending to be a light bulb so that the Boss would think I was 'Crazy' and give me a few days off. A few minutes later the Boss came into the office and asked, 'What in the name of GOD are you doing?' I told him I was a light bulb. He said, 'You are clearly stressed out.' Go home and recuperate for a couple of days.' I jumped down and walked out of the office... When my co-worker (the blonde) followed me, the Boss asked her, '..And where do you think you're going?!' (You're gonna lovethis....) She said, 'I'm going home, too. I can't work in the dark.

Ordered my DVD on the 20th, received it the 24th, watched most of it once and will be hittin the parking lot for practice. It also reminds you to practice 2 up if you ride that way so I will drag the wife out with me.

Glad you are ok, check with your concrete company and see if they have any ground concrete or reclaimed. When we built we got a bunch cheap that they ground from leftover concrete dumps.

Lots of cases go to trial and after some evidence is presented the defendants take a plea deal. In their discovery the Judge and both sides have tendered their witnesses and discovery so they can usually get a good snapshot of how long it will take. Don't expect courtroom antics, few judges will put up with it. If they have priors and mandatory minimum sentencing that may all change, they may be looking for a miracle or sympathetic jury. The burden of proof in a criminal trial is beyond a reasonable doubt. You can always raise doubts but but are the doubts reasonable. Civil jurys are a simple preponderance or the greatest weight of the evidence. In either case the judge will give instructions, they are usually simple, don't read into them and don't be afraid to ask questions. This is actually a great system and allows the people to decide based on facts. Now if we could get our legislature to do this we would be set...

I would feel like the Bennie Hill skit at the wishing well. I wish I was with my first girlfriend, she was skinny , small breasted , wore glasses , braces and was very average. I left her for a popular girl that was nice looking with large breasts. She ended up not such a nice person, hated being around each other and we got divorced. The first girlfriend had kids, is now smoking hot and still very nice. I wish i could go back but I know she is very happy so when she tosses her coin in the well it won't be me that she is standing next to. In most cases you won't be happier with the next newest thing that comes along unless you are a second gen owner. . .
