  1. Remember the whole pictures thing, sooo my question is how red was he??
  2. I'm takin off once the wife is off work on friday, guessing like about 3:00 - 4:00pm from K3. Pullin a trailer and 2 up. . .
  3. Make one of these and check out the neighbors http://www.turnpoint.net/wireless/has.html
  4. The FCC is requiring that certain VHF & UHF users narrowband , currently the band is 25mhz wide and they will go to 12.5 mhz wide to add more channels. This does not affect Marine or CB radio frequencies. If you are operating in the 150-174 mhz or the 421-512 you are under a mandate to narrowband by December 31st. This does effect alot of public safety and business radio but not CB or marine band radio's.
  5. I tried that and now I work more and harder than the first time around, good luck
  6. They are spying on your soybeans, shouldn't you have planted those last month??
  7. aaaahhhhhhhhh backstraps
  8. Wally World is known for good camera coverage. I would make a police report and they should follow up with wal mart
  9. Thats awesome
  10. They should be fawning through begining of June. This is also a hot time for predators to chase deer and that makes them more unpredictable yet. Not just am and pm crazy but all day crazy. Drive carefully! ! !
  11. I'm on a turnaround run for my niece's graduation. My wife is going to the nephew's in Highland, il. I do love that area and we have completed most of the bourbon trail, so we need to finish that to get our free T shirts but that is a 2 up trip. Fayetteville is next to metropolitan Moore County and I am a Tennessee Squire.
  12. You get what you pay for and find parts, good luck on that. I have a buddy that had a chec scooter and ended up wishing he spent more to get the brand name. Not to mention the resale value
  13. I did find someone from the forum that is off of the interstate that will work, thanks all
  14. I would worry about the brakes on the trailer, I have read that most commercial manufacturers of motorcycle trailers recommend against them. Motorcycle trailers do not need brakes unless the weight exceeds 1500 pounds gross. If you install brakes on your motorcycle trailer, be sure the brakes do not brake harder than the motorcycle or the motorcycle may flip backwards over the trailer when the brakes are applied. The brakes must always be properly adjusted. I know you should do your braking before the turn, however I would be worried that in a turn you were forced to hit your brakes and the trailer would pull you out of your axis and basically redirect you into some hard object. I know without them the opposite is true, I mean push your rear. We respond every day to our rear tire pushing our bikes and have learned to react to that ( not that it wouldn't be holy shhhhh) . The pull would be something different that we do not normally react to.
  15. I bought 4 on fleabay cheap, can only get one to work on my bike but the same bulb works on my boat trailer. They came from China and took about 20 days, I think my cost was about $2.00 with shipping.
  16. Never had a problem with my phone, it can also triangulate based on cell signal. If you have no view of the sky ( forest) the gps won't find you until you move to an open area. The phone goes to cell towers. In around lots of tall buildings , areas of downtown Chicago, gps's hate it and will bounce your position. I use gps drive as a paid app and it gives turn by turn with voice instruction, redirects you . . .
  17. Just fill the back up with ice and u got a cooler, nice
  18. Noisy toys, them kids love noisy toys
  19. makes it trail a little nicer, easy to add the cooler to. I also put lighted bumper guides on the outside edges , just as a visual reminder and it tells you where u r trailing.
  20. I have had a garman, tomtom and a knock off, I love my iphone with gps drive. They will all get you from point a to B but I like the way it redirects your path based on traffic jams, accidents . . .
  21. I am driving down to Fayetteville Tn on Friday from Kankakee. My folks are coming from Edgewood Ky and want to meet me near or south of Louisville. Looking for a safe place to park the bike and trailer. Will return on sunday headed back northbound.
  22. I extended the tongue, welded up a cooler rack, added all led's to the trailer and did a high center brake light ( Using relays from a 4 flat) , cleaned and repacked the bearings and races and torqued to 50# to seat , then backed off and tighten with a wrench it until it touches the washer then align up the castle and spin the tire, it should spin freely, if not loosen a notch at a time on the castle nut. Always keep a small tool set on the trailer with a lug wrench, small greese gun , screwdriver, plyers, tape, and a small pack of wet wipes.
