Ok leave the hitch on the back and add one to the front. You will have a push me pull you trailer, a truely one of a kind and will definately confuse those behind you. the aerodynamic thing always got me, a teardrop trailer is bigger in front than in the rear, kind of like an airplane wing, so why aren't those mounted backwords??

We'll b leaving after work and behind you. If your trailer doesn't have a foam seal a few dollars in foam around the joint will keep the contents dry.

Any marine store, Bass Pro, Cabelas or Gander Mtn would b cheaper

That could work, or just buy a stick of thicker walled tubing.

Yeah I remember the mic mute on the first gen, having a lil disagreement with the wife, I would mute, get a word in and mute, . . . . yep cost me at home but it was funny. I knew there was something I missed on the second gen.

I did most, removed the ol spring , new zerks, repack the bearings with real marine wheel bearing grease, extended the tongue, made a cooler rack for the front, LED's and third brake light ( on a 4 flat plug with some help from the fine folks here) and put foam around the seal and slapped a spare under, made a jack stand for the front. Took a piece of 2x6 and drilled a hole about 3" taller than the axle, angled the sides and that is my emergency jack. Everyone said it was gone and I stopped at Harbor Freight and they had a sale on a smaller trailer, I told the manager what I was doing and he said this just came in yesterday and he hadn't seen one in a while so I snatched it up. I did have to mind wrestle the folks at the DMV, they said I had to pay auto sales tax ( I gave them a copy of my receipt) they said the seller needed a dealer number, I had the certificate of origin, and they didn't understand the MTA (motorcycle trailer plate) and argued with me. In the end I submitted the forms and I have received my title and my mta plates.

Oh it's rainin, and I have my rain gear. Everytime I take a long trip it rains at least part of one leg. I always thought God was just washing the road for my trip and got caught up fixin his first gen and was a little behind.

You can either enjoy and experience life or stare at the people who do. I always thought it was because I was damned good lookin, or I was some kind of sexy.

All you can do is teach them well, attend motorcycle safety course with them, go to a lot and practice, set up some drills and master them and then show them how to ride safely. There is only so much you can do, do all you can and enjoy your time together,

Pulling some camping stuff out and found an ole blue, I think it's a yamaha rainsuit, like Christmas in May.

I agree on the weatherproof ones from any auto store, run it to battery and fuse it close to the battery.

I've got one and it is awesome, follow the threads regarding them and it will serve you well. I had a % off and ended up getting one for 350.00

Get the bicycle / motorcycle mount at Walmart ( or another big box ) waterproof http://www.walmart.com/ip/Bracketron-Waterproof-Case-with-Bike-Mount/15860629?findingMethod=rr water resistant http://www.walmart.com/ip/Arkon-Universal-Bicycle-Motorcycle-Handlebar-Mount-with-Water-Resistant-Smartphone-Holder/15406272 My 2 cents, I have the water resistant one and I put my iphone in an oetter box in it. It's not very resistant, spend a couple extra bucks and get the one ontop.

I want one but when I see the price list I want a gently used one.
