  1. As you can see, it was very crowded. The bikes go through a check point, park and then you can view them and talk and take photos. #32 , 1914 Henderson is in 4th place today, #69 , 1912 Excelsior is in 3rd place, 1914 HD, #13 is in first more pictures and information at motorcyclecannonball.com
  2. It was a blast! 100 year old (or more) motorcycles. Even met another Venture rider. If I ever figure how to post pictures, I'll add them later.
  3. Anyone going to see them along the journey? We're headed to Triple S Harley in Morgantown to see them. http://www.motorcyclecannonball.com/
  4. http://www.rqriley.com/tm.html Trimuter?
  5. Great folks put together a great time! Appreciate all the planning and hard work from Bob and crew. Thank you!!!
  6. Hi Bob, We won't make it until Saturday, hopefully we'll meet you at Sprague's, and if not at the event site. I'd like to get in on the card raffle since I won't make it. I'll bring you $ 10 for 2 cards and please order 2 dinners for Saturday and I'll pay for them when I get there as well. Thanks, MJ
  7. Ouch! Hope you are healing quickly. Fall is a good time to find a rig
  8. Yeah! Just saw two sidecars
  9. Keep checking ebay and the used rigs on sidecar.com I bought 2 from ebay and 1 from the sidecar forum. There is a Vulcan on ebay that has a Hannigan
  10. That's pretty! Wishing you safe miles and lots of smiles
  11. At the website, choose Men, then Shirts and Tees My brother goes to a lot of car shows and this is his shirt of choice. See if these take you direct: http://www.coolibar.com/product/Men/Shirts-Tees/Sun-Shirt/pc/2146/c/0/sc/2201/156248.uts http://www.coolibar.com/product/Fishing-Shirt/157280.uts
  12. Sending positive thoughts you're way. Good luck!
  13. http://www.coolibar.com/ I have one of these (look at the fishing shirt if you want lots of pockets or the sun shirt) and it's great. Very lightweight and never hot, even with the long sleeves. You can sometimes find knock-offs at Sam's Club or Costco.
  14. Going to head to the rally after work on Friday and hope to be there around 9 p.m. Ready to go for Saturday!
  15. http://www.velorexusa.com/index.shtml kbb.com has sidecar values, have to scroll to the bottom and it's under "motorcycles" As with everything, it's worth what someone pays for it
  16. I run a car tire on the rear. Sometimes hard to find the right size without modifications and it takes a lot of air to make it seal, scary amount. http://mcdarksiders.forumotion.com/ Don't forget ballast in the rear of the sidecar. Usually 75 pounds or so. I have a bag of play sand in the trunk. If I take a passenger I will take it out. Good luck!
  17. As I didn't answer your questions, here is my perspective from my limited experience.
  18. Hi Red, I sent you a pm Sidecars are cooler than Spyders, no matter what Carl says but he's right about one thing, most don't like the way they handle. Takes a lot of practice.
  19. When trying to plan gatherings with family and friends, our favorite saying is "There is no perfect weekend, just schedule the party" Sometimes everyone is there and sometimes not.
  20. Sounds like another great time planned! The last two years we came to the rally, got home on Sunday and I started back to work Monday. Instead of days of fun, I'll have three days of in-service before the school year begins. Drat, drat, drat! Will miss seeing everyone and meeting new folks!
  21. Yeah! Glad you are feeling better.
  22. Wow! Looks amazing! Nice work, Jonas
  23. Ouch! Glad you are okay!
