    Pillow tops are now the standard seat for the 2nd gen and have been since the 06 on both ventures of that year.

    Hey learned that one too, but the card company told me to call next time, warn them I would be on the bike and how many days the trip was going to be. No problem since.

    , Mechanic has a J&M on her half helmet, no issues what so ever. In fact know of several with this set up.

    Mechanic and I are home now. Made it about 3.5 hours, but as some of you know, the pain was there all the way home. It was great seeing old and new faces. There was a lot of work done. I think someone said about 16 bikes, could be more. Great weather today too. Mechanic will most likely get the pics up tomorrow. For now I am going to crash.

    I went with 16000 but again, my rule is I replace the rear every year, regardless of how close I am to the wear marks.

    Its a magnet that catches the metal shavings, mine looks like that all time. Unless someone else says there is an issue, I just clean it up, replace the oil and go riding.

    Yep, just get the Buddy Rich cable, and the Zumo will play through your external or internal speakers, all sounds.

    the zumo 550 came with two mounts, one for the bike the other for the car. the antenna plugs into either mount. as someone else stated the extra for the traffic/weather is worth te price especially in cities/states. one trip to alabama showed tornado and flood warnings. good thing we still had 3 hours before we got to that area.

    Is 923 Km distance only from house to end of drive way? That may be why you thought they were too loud, you actually have to take the bike out on the road.
