    Sorry i should have explained myself better, I presently own an 88 vr and at hiway speeds around 75 im turning about 4000 rpms. The mrs and I are looking at an 07 rsv and wondering if we will run into the same issue with the newer model. Test rode a 02 gl1800 on saturday and at 75 it was about 3000rpms. very smooth ride but a little crampy for my 34inch inseam. Other than that ive never ridden an overall better ride. But we like the looks of the yammy better, and a little more room for me to comfortably stretch out.

    forgot to mention the bike has a whole year left on the warrenty!

    its an 07 rsv in beautiful condition,45k, 10,995. My gut tells me to buy it before its gone.....according to blue book its about 600 high but as i stated this bike was meticulously taken care and could pass for new. Is there anything I should be aware of?

    do a google search for "mean city cycles"......ive sat on thier seats (actually your seat redone) and they are incredible....and the price is under 200.00 with round trip shipping.

    Snuck mine in a day early,had an awsome dbl scoop of orange pineapple in a waffle cone, along with a 265 mi. adVENTURE. all in all a great day! P.S If anyone comes to vermont and would like a tour guide this fall ive dicovered some beautiful riding int the northeast kingdom of Vermont!

    hi, Had the very same surgery in dec. 09 was done at 9am walked out of the hospital at 4pm. that was on thursday, on monday I returned to work installing snowplows. Not any real noticable pain except for the incision. I hope yours turns out as well as mine. allen
